Wonderful stay — clean, well-located, and great host!
The accommodation was perfect! Communication with Nick was very easy — he was extremely kind and always responded instantly. The location is great, close to the train station and shops. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures and was very clean. If we come back to Como, we would definitely choose this place again with great pleasure!

L’appartamento è bello, pulito e grande, noi ci siamo stati in 4 senza problemi. Il divano letto della sala è molto comodo. In casa c’è spazio per muoversi. Il bagno è diviso con antibagno e questo facilita l’utilizzo se si è in più persone perché WC BIDET e doccia sono separati dal lavandino. La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi. I letti tutti comodi. La pulizia dell’appartamento. Check-in in autonomia. Gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario che ha fornito istruzioni per accedere all’appartamento, una culla gratuitamente e ha risposto anche a messaggi a orari scomodi. Per esempio quando ci è saltata la luce per spiegare come riattivarla.
All’arrivo la temperatura interna era molto bassa (10 gradi). Secondo me andrebbe scaldata la casa prima dell’arrivo delle persone. Se si attivano i fancoil non si può accendere nè il fornello nè per esempio il bollitore altrimenti salta la luce. Assenza di macchinetta del caffè o moka. La maggior parte delle stoviglie erano nella lavastoviglie che però non era andata quindi qualunque cosa ci servisse andava prima lavata. Assenza di sapone per i piatti (una bottiglia con solo acqua saponata all’interno) e un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 4 persone. Piccole cose ma che secondo me possono essere migliorate.

Accesso all'appartamento dal balcone, poco illuminato di sera. Alcune maniglie e il rubinetto del bagno non erano fissati bene. Soppalco con due letti angusto.
