A perfect stay in a spacious, well-located apartment with everything we needed.

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the apartment was. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent and just a 7 minute walk to the ferry and around 10 minutes to the train and bus stations. Situated right in the heart of town, next to the church, the surroundings were charming and picturesque. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing and spacious location in Como.

Spacious, updated and clean.

The A/C was not working when we got there. They promptly arrived to fix it the next day- however, with a fully working system our room never got below 24°. The system timed out after 8 hours and could ever catch up to cool the apartment fully. Otherwise the apartment was a dream.

Brilliant

The building was incredible and felt very safe with the cctv and many codes required to get in. The location was superb too being so close to the water. The apartment had a good amount of Space and we enjoyed our time

My only comments would be the wifi being extremely slow. And when we went it rained unfortunately so the nightlife was quiet however on days that it didn’t rain if you go to sleep before midnight it can be a bit noisy outside.

Como is beautiful, the restaurants are fantastic but I wouldn't book through this agent again.

Central Como location but noisy until late and from very early in morning. Spacious, well appointed apartment let down by an obdurate letting agent who seemed unwilling to get involved.

Unhelpful app to check in, ended up emailing photos to agent. Unable to use safe and was told 'no-one else had asked to use it before'; then told that 'all Como residents were holiday makers and there was no need to use the safe', eventually (3 days) the key arrived. Reported lights not working but not resolved prior to checking out. No cleaning materials available in apartment and, on asking about clean towels, was told - 'this is not a hotel, we are a letting agency'. I would never book another apartment through this agent.

I’m being picky- if I had to pick something to improve I would recommend more cookware and cleaning cloths in the kitchen. some drawers were still dusty/muddy so a better clean of the internal drawers/ wardrobes will be nice. all other areas were spotless.

Location was in the centre next to the cathedral...we loved the church bells every hour :-) Very friendly hosts 2 bathrooms

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment - I’ve stayed in many different rentals in como in previous years & this apartment was beyond our expectations- first of all in a fabulous location - just sitting adjacent behind the duomo ( no need for an alarm as at 8 am the cathedrals bells ring every 15 mins ). It’s a huge modern apartment in a beautiful old building with so much room for everybody with everything you need - great heating / lighting / washer / dryer / dishwasher / coffee machine / toaster / kettle / full kitchen & 2 bathrooms . The apartment is a keyless system with codes for all gates / doors for entry & exit - & we felt very safe. we were a family of 5 and had plenty of room in such a big apartment. When we arrived I messaged the company straight away to request extra pillows and they were dropped off that day - communication was great . We felt very privileged staying in such a beautiful building .

There were a few minor things that could be improved ( I believe as it’s such a new property ) but these would not stop us returning . A mirror in the main bedroom would be perfect as it was difficult to keep waiting for someone to come out the bathroom . Another sofa in the lounge - as it’s so big it’s too sparse with just one sofa but also when the sofa is being used as a bed there is no where for anyone else to relax on a sofa only the dining chairs . The 1st bathroom by the front door didn’t have enough privacy glass it would be better to put all the way up - so when you used the toilet or had a shower you feel people could see from their windows or if walking past in the interior communal hallway ( my teenagers refused to use this bathroom as were worried people could see them )so we generally only used one bathroom

La situació és excepcional. L’edifici és molt bonic, i l’apartament és molt còmode.

Tot és molt bonic però es nota que li falta una renovació. En el nostre apartament l’aire calent feia tant soroll que no el podiem posar mentre hi erem. El matalàs també es notava ja massa usat.
