Excellent location: lakeview, close to the city centre and also to the lake, close to shops, restaurants, bars, bistros, markets, bus/train stations. Excellent facilities, equipments in the appartment, nice and patient hosts. Tha appartment is great for 6 people. We loved it! I reccomend it everyone. :)

An excellent location for all things Como and close to the ferries for trips on the lake. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, you would not get facilities like these in a hotel.
Not really a dislike, but you need to make sure you have your own USB (c/a) plug converters as there are none in the apartment.

Great location and a lovely space. Clean and tidy.
I was really disappointed by the lack of amenities. We were there for three nights and had 1 dishcloth, 1 tea towel, 1 dishwasher and ran out of toilet paper. This is poor hygiene and unfortunately it put a dampener on our holiday there. Otherwise it would have been so much better.
