Vittani Palace - The Green Apartment

Vienintelis, bet neesminis trūkumas neveikė WIFI.

The decoration looks modern. Located in the city old town where car cannot access. Many shops, restuarants and supermarket nearby. There are air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine in the room. Room is quite big and enough for family. Plus, well equipped kitchen with utensils.

I got into the room, wifi password given in the email and instruction booklet was not valid. I needed to ask the host via message. I switched on the air conditioning and found out that there was no tube to drain the water. Again, I had to contact host and later she sent somebody to fix it. Another problem was the water boiler was switched off and I had to contact the host for 3rd time to cope the problem. It seemed like the host did not check anything before guests checked in even though all problems could be solved. Generally, everything would have to be ready for guests. Bad point was the staircase you had to climb up with your baggage for about 30 steps before you got into the elavator. Please be aware if you come with elderly people or with lots of suitcases.

Location of the apartment was excellent. Right in the old historic part of Como and a few mins less than 2, to the lake. The apartment was spotless clean when we arrived and everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were so helpful prior to our arrival with helpful suggestions for our stay. The accuracy of finding the apartment and collecting of keys was seamless. Highly recommended

The location is very convenient, being in the heart of Como

Considering the quality of beds and furniture and above all the equipment of the kitchen, the place is by far too expensive. You get the same for a lot less in Como. The online registration is not customer friendly, other B&B accept a copy of the documents via whatsapp (who wants to click on links these days?).
