Vittani Palace - The Blue Apartment

The property was right by the ferries making it walkable. Air conditioning in both bedrooms plus a washing machine!

It was not clean and not enough toilet paper for the amount of guest and nights of our stay. Internet was not good at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Vittani Palace – The Blue Apartment. The location was excellent, being just a short walk from the lake and the ferry port, making it incredibly convenient for exploring other towns around Lake Como. Being located in the centre of town also meant there were plenty of great options for dinner, drinks, and enjoying the local atmosphere in the evenings. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The portable air conditioners were a great addition and helped keep the apartment cool during our stay. The kitchen was well appointed, with everything needed to prepare meals, and the dining area provided a great space to enjoy dinner at home after long days exploring the beauty of Lake Como. The instructions for collecting the keys and locating the apartment were excellent and made the arrival process very easy. The hosts were also extremely accommodating and helpful, allowing us to check in a little earlier, which was greatly appreciated after travelling. Overall, Vittani Palace – The Blue Apartment was a fantastic base for exploring Lake Como, offering comfort, convenience, and a great location.

The apartment was a little dated and could benefit from some modern updates and a general refresh. However, it was still comfortable, spacious, and well maintained, and these points did not detract significantly from our overall enjoyment of the stay. One thing to be aware of is that there are stairs to reach the first level of the building before accessing the lift. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, you will need to carry your bags up one flight of stairs before reaching the lift. This wasn't a problem for us, but is something to be aware of.
