Great location. Comfortable for two couples. Plenty of space. Nice having a washing machine

Internet didn't work half the time we were there (host blamed it on the provider). Washing machine but no soap. (we bought some and left it) Coffee machine but no coffee. (Same ) Absolutely no instructions or helpful information, such as how to run DW (manual is in italian). Very sparsely furnished - Couch in the middle of the room but no tables to put anything on. Adequate place, but not great

The property was immaculate and perfectly located, just steps from shops, restaurants, a café, Lake Como, and the stunning Duomo. It had everything we needed for a short stay, and the owner was warm and welcoming. Highly recommended—we look forward to returning!

Location. I needed boat to Cernobbio every morning,; lake is very near. Adult children enjoyed their holiday with all shops, bars and restaurants just right outside the door. Appartement is huge, clean and very comfortable. Good wifi.

We loved our stay! Communication was spot on, helpful and responsive, and check-in went smoothly. The apartment is super clean and well equipped, modern and large. Awesome location in city centre, close to lake, ferries, restaurants, supermarket and bus/train stations. Highly recommended and we'd love to stay here again :)

The apartment was amazing!! Bigger than expected and so very modern! It had everything we needed and more. Location 10/10 in the heart of Como surrounded by Many restaurants and shops. Nora was very helpful and responsive!! Definitely will stay again!!!

Just one Nothing to do with this accommodation but don’t take the local ferry to any of the other towns it’s took us 2 hours to get to Bellagio and we only stay 1 hour as we had to rush to line up for the ferry as there was so many people we couldn’t get on the ferry so had to wait another hour for the next one! The are over crowded and just awful no aircon! Get a private tour well worth the money!!

white walls and good ceiling - decor

Casa king should be renamed "slave jail". the host is a miser/stingy man who can never make the guest happy. they told me that I can leave but they won't give refund. they had the worst so called air conditioning system. THE AIR NEVER GOT COOL. They said it is a new pavement system. This system takes 24 hours to cool so they should have switched it on 24 hours earlier. The first night we slept at 26 degree in a hot furnace.These guys said to me be patient for a day it will get cool. When I asked for a refund I was turned down. IT GOT LITTLE BETTER THE NEXT DAY NOT EXACTLY like a typical air conditioned unit. Nora the host family argues they are not wrong. Marco the son of the host said sorry he will get me 3 new floor fans but even after that he was unsuccessful. he blamed his father saying he was not happy to spend money. according to me both Marco and Nora are powerless father is the boss who doesn't want to spend money to keep guest happy. he did not want to pay commission on credit card machine to collect city tourism fees and wanted cash. they got me one ground fan after this and few small fans. I asked for 2 ground fans. they promised 3 first. ridiculous ! If they had such a strange air condition set up they wounot switch it on 24 hours hey scammed me and told me they have 4 bathrooms but we only had 2 bathrooms. extremely poor place. never go there unless you want to experience jail. worst hosts who care a dam about guests. worst place to be in Como. no wonder it was so cheap on listing and if the air condition was proper they could charge more. it actually becomes expensive when you count the hours of sleep you loose ! stay miles away. the son Marco lives away from his father. I don't blame him. nobody can live with him. he's a miser. can only save save save. stingy

The bathroom could use a bit more privacy. It would be great if there is a way to close the sunroof on the bathroom. I just like a bit more privacy when I am using the bathroom. Might not be an issue for others.

Excellent location in a beautifully clean and airy apartment.

Excellent lift service to open airy apartment with 2 modern bathrooms. Location is spot on near restaurants, supermarket and a bonus of being close to the ferry terminal. Owner was very responsive to questions and there is a sun trap balcony off the kitchen.

It would be useful to have a short guide for use of appliances etc but this didn’t detract from our stay.
