Would stay here again next time I'm in Lake Como

It's a nice apartment just up the hill from Como, a short walk from the train station. Beautiful spot with traditional Italian homes and not far from Lake Como itself. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is nice.

If you have heavy luggage, it's a workout just getting up the hill, better to catch a taxi - and there's also a spiral staircase at the entrance, so you'll need to carry your bags up or leave them by the door. But that's the Italian style of home so very common here.

Room was clean and ready. Nice view from the apartment.

Very hard to find the place. I spent 30 minutes to find the place. Very frustrating. Google maps shows wrong directions. Heating wasn’t working properly at night.

Amazing , i’d stay here again if i ever visit como again.

I highly recommend this apartment. It was clean, well-equipped, and included thoughtful touches like a lighter for cooking, a fan for the summer heat, and a hair dryer. Although it’s uphill, it’s just a short walk from Como San Giovanni station and close to the Como pier and bus network , ideal if you’re visiting Bellagio or Menaggio, as you won’t need to rely solely on the ferry. Communication was really easy and fast.

Lovely apartment, excellent host, nice views, everything easy and convenient.

Finding the property was easy, keys were easy to find, beautiful apartment with outstanding views of the city. Their heating system was very good (considering that we came from Australia/Brazil and Como is a very cold city). The kitchen was nice. I am very happy with the apartment and I definitely recommend as a stay in Como. There is a parking spot available if you are arriving by car. The train station is close to the property as well. The host was very nice and helpful, me and my family enjoyed it very much!

The window side of the bed has a broken frame underneath the mattress, it was a simple problem to solve as we had to move the mattress a few times during the night. It was not a problem for my family but keep in mind that the apartment is uphill and there are steep stairs, I would not recommend for someone with mobility problems or too old, especially if you don't have a car.

Posizione, comoda per stazione treni anche se in cima a una collina, non facile parcheggiare con la macchina

Pulizia, qualità del mobilio/materasso (mollissimo), lenzuola e cuscini macchiati. Utensili da cucina sporchi.

Als Zwischenstop geeignet

Positiv war definitiv, dass der Weg zu Fuß in die Stadt und an den See sehr schnell war. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Bewertungen haben wir den Weg zur Unterkunft auch sehr schnell gefunden! Die Aussicht bei Nacht ist auch sehr schön. Über den Preis kann man sich auch nicht beschweren, war sehr fair im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Como. Auf Anfragen an die Vermieter wurde schnell reagiert. Für uns war die Unterkunft als Zwischenstation gedacht, da wir sonst zu lange nach Hause gefahren wären, dafür war es inordnung.

Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht gut. Wir haben Brettspiele dabei gehabt und haben aus Gewohnheit erst über den Tisch gewischt. Die Tücher waren danach total verfärbt und fettig. Ich weiß nicht wann der Tisch das letzte mal nass abgewischt wurde. Dazu kommen dann noch Kleinigkeiten ... Geschirr nicht wirklich sauber, alter Korken im Korkenzieher und Ameisenfallen in der Wohnung verteilt (wenigstens keine Ameisen gesehen!). Die Ausstattung hätte auch besser sein können, oder vorher durchgegangen werden können. In der Küche stand Salz, beim benutzen stellten wir fest, dass es komplett leer war und da waren wir schon einkaufen. Sowas wirft man doch weg und stellt es nicht wieder hin. Im Bad gab es keinen Toilettenpapierhalter, sowas kann echt nervig sein. In den Bildern der Unterkunft war dieser noch vorhanden. Ich weiß nicht wie lange dieser schon fehlt. Den Berg hinauf zu kommen ist mit dem Auto leider sehr schwer, man muss jedoch sagen, dass die Besitzer der Unterkunft für den Weg nichts können. Zu unserem Pech kamen nach der ersten Nacht Handwerker die um 8 Uhr morgens arbeiten an unserer Unterkunft vorgenommen haben. Sie haben sogar die Unterkunft betreten. Sowas kann man vorher definitiv kommunizieren! Noch eine Anmerkung zum Check-In, dieser läuft komplett Online. Ich persönlich fand das nicht schlimm und eine gute Lösung um alles zu Regeln ohne, dass der Vermieter vor Ort sein muss. Jedoch habe ich trotz erledigtem Check-In noch weit über 5 automatische Nachrichten per Mail oder über Booking bekommen, dass ich den Check-In nicht vergessen soll. Dieser Spam war recht nervig und verunsicherte auch ob der Check-In wirklich geklappt hat.

La posizione centrale. La struttura è vicina alla stazione

La pulizia carente dell' alloggio . Inoltre insetti presenti con molte ragnatele . Andrebbero messe delle zanzariere altrimenti è impossibile tenere le finestre aperte se non si sistema l' esterno. Il parcheggio è presente ma non è facilmente fruibile. La porta di entrata va sistemata (non si chiude da fuori con la chiave)

Was schoon en goede communicatie via whatsapp met eigenaar. Leuk uitzicht op de kerk en como.

Stijle toegang met auto (niet geschikt voor een bestelbus) en gedateerd interieur, geen airco, wel een luchtontvochtiger.

Me gustó la vista desde el salón

La limpieza, adjunto fotos de suciedad, bastantes bichos dada la ubicación, no puedes llegar andando a esta casa, además para subir se necesitan escaleras muy altas y la puerta de arriba no se cierra con llave, parece insegura. No me parece un precio adecuado para lo que ofrece.

L’appartamento era sporco pieno di formiche , e l’odore di muffa , il bagno sporco pieno di muffa e formiche, i letti scomodi. E il de umidificatore non ci ha fatto dormire.

Гарний вигляд з вікна, спокійний тихий район, багато місця, хороша кухня.

Складно добратись якщо без машини, важко знайти будинок. Неприємно ходити через тунель, особливо ввечері. Двері з діркою.
