Overall, this is a genuinely fantastic stay for a weekend or short stay but longer term not suitable at all.

Fabulous location and super modern and clean. Perfect for a short stay and the host was really attentive on WhatsApp and helpful

It’s not suitable for a long stay, with no cleaning spray and only one dishwasher tablet and 4 of each plateware, our stay for 10 days was very difficult to keep on top of cleaning. We were informed in the booklet there would be an assortment of recycling bins in the flat but there were not and clutter built up rather quickly with limited access to the rubbish facilities in the building. There was no chopping board, we found the placemats that previous tenants have clearly scratched and sliced as an alternative although did not feel this was sanitary.

Perfect apartment in a fantastic location

A very clean and well maintained apartment perfect for exploring como Communication was excellent and it had everything we needed for our 5 day trip .

We could of done with another couple of pillows as there were 3 of us staying - and we only had a duvet as extra bedding for the 3rd one .

Whilst the property was very good in all respects the management agents were the most difficult to deal with in our entire Italy experience. Recommended the owners review the management.

Basic apartment in the center of Como with frustrating security

Great, safe, location for walking around Como, WiFi & networking worked well, beds & furniture were comfortable< & there was an iron & ironing board.

Getting the keys from a lockbox around the block was a nightmare & if we didn't have an Italian speaking driver, I don't know if we would have figured it out. The security is like a panic room! Even with the key, the room is nearly impossible to get into. The unusual key must be inserted & turned 3 times for the electronic lock to spin and usually takes 3 tries to open. Good luck getting out quickly. The packet of instructions is missing critical information how appliances work and especially how the HVAC works and that the blower control is separated from the temperature controls! Also, the correct WiFi code needs to be available in the book! Only after unplugging & resetting the router did the manager give it to me. There are detailed instructions on separating the garbage, yet no garbage bags were provided and no paper towels either. Never rented an apartment where I had to buy garbage bags! Most frustrating however, is there's limited hot water and after only one shower, the water is cold. We were turning off the water between soap and rinsing off to preserve hot water, ridiculous!

Good clean apartment awfull problem solving.

Modern apartment. Ikea style.

Key pick up. The keys were in lock box at a different location, about 5 minutes walk. With luggage is a mess. Bad Comunication; we arrived on a Friday afternoon. Our A/C was not working properly as well as our Internet. The internet was fixed for lunch on Saturday, when it could have been solved by a simple visit as they had changed the routers in our room, but failed to mention it in the welcome package. AC never got solved, had to tweak it to survive.

I would stay here again if coming to Como.

It was very clean and appears to be recently updated because everything looks and functions like new. The shower is especially nice and the bed is very comfortable. The shutters can make the flat completely dark. There’s no view but the location is great- a short walk to the lake and to many fantastic restaurants as well as a lovely wine bar. And being set back means it’s nice and quiet. The hosts are extremely responsive either through Booking app or WhatsApp.

Unable to manage heating or cooling. Recommend to have someone meet you at the apartment when checking in - the place where we picked up our keys is not close.

Jolie pause à Côme dans un bel appartement.. je recommande

L’emplacement était parfait en plein centre ville près des terrasses de restaurants , des commerces et de l’embarcadère Tout à pied en quelques minutes L’appartement était très confortable bien aménagé et des équipements de qualité ( cuisine , salle de bain , canapé de marque etc ) Très bien tenu et propre L’accueil se fait sans contact mais très efficace et bien organisé donc très simple ! C’était parfait !

Un séjour agréable au bord du lac

Emplacement idéal proche du lac et du centre, avec beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants en proximité. L'équipe est très réactives aux demandes. La cuisine est bien équipée et le logement très propre.

Le détail sur comment récupérer la clé n'est communiqué que sur place malgré l'enregistrement en ligne préalable. Il aurait fallu appeler l'hôte en video et montrer les pièces d'identité avant d'obtenir les numéros et codes du coffre. Il serait souhaitable de fournir les tablettes pour la lave vaisselle et les sacs poubelles de tri.

Excelente estadía!!!!

Tuvimos una excelente estadía, antes del ingreso tuvimos una video llamada (como medida de seguridad) con la gente que administra, luego para el ingreso tuvimos que ir a retirar las llaves a un locker, toda una aventura para nosotros jaja (esto estaba todo muy bien explicado una vez que se realizó la videollamada) el departamento es hermoso todo a nuevo con artefactos de última generación….

Apartamento novo ou renovado. Bom espaço. Equipamentos para cozinha. Ótima localização, perto do lago e centro histórico de Como. Mercado perto. Estação de trem próxima. Banheiro grande e com chuveiro.

Um pouco de pó no piso. Ficou um pouco de cheiro no ambiente apesar de ligarmos o depurador de ar. O sofá-cama quando aberto ocupa quase toda a sala. Apesar de ter cafeteira, não oferecem cápsulas para café. Tinha apenas sal, então se quiser cozinhar, tem que comprar óleo, temperos,...

Todo estaba muy limpio y muy agradable, no le faltaba de nada. la cama como el sofá cama eran muy cómodas. Matteo y Josie muy amables La ubicación, a cinco minutos del ferry, a diez minutos de la estación del tren y a dos minutos del centro. Muy bien ubicado para disfrutar del Lago Como.
