Location was great - really close to everything: city centre, boats, train station. The apartment was super fresh!
Instructions easy to understand. Highly recommend for a stay in como
The only downside was that the sofabed was very uncomfortable.

Modern apartment. Ikea style.
Key pick up. The keys were in lock box at a different location, about 5 minutes walk. With luggage is a mess.
Bad Comunication; we arrived on a Friday afternoon. Our A/C was not working properly as well as our Internet. The internet was fixed for lunch on Saturday, when it could have been solved by a simple visit as they had changed the routers in our room, but failed to mention it in the welcome package. AC never got solved, had to tweak it to survive.
