Nice and clean apartment in a good location.

The apartment was very nice and clean. It has one bedroom, bathroom and equipped kitchen. Nice location. If you don't mind walking, you can even walk to Como as we did almost everyday (it's about 30 minutes).

Perfect little family apartment for a little visit to Como

The apartment was perfect for our little family on a short break. Instructions were super clear and it was easy to find. The host kept in touch all the time. It had everything we needed and was very cosy. Would definitely recommend!

very clean and cozy apartment with fresh renovation and new furniture. very comfortable kitchen with everything what is needed for short stay.

even tho it is not far located from station, walking there is not advisable as the road goes up to the mountain. to use public bus or a car is recommended.

Overall, we liked it. 2 bunk beds and 1 bed in 1 room + 1 sofa-bed in the living room/kitchen.

The cost/benefit of the apartment is very good. Despite not being in the city centre, it is quite easy to reach it if you are travelling by car.

If you open the sofa-bed, like we did, the living room / kitchen is not spacius at all. Transportation is not easy if you are not travelling by car.

L'appartamento è accogliente pratico e pulito. La zona è tranquilla. La mancanza di parcheggio privato non è un problema in quanto si può usufruire di un parcheggio gratuito vicinissimo all'appartamento.

Apartmán byl opravdu dobře uklizený, čistý a měl vše, co bylo k pobytu třeba. Nejvíce mi však utkvěla v paměti nádherná vůně, která se linula celým apartmánem. S parkováním také nebyl zas tak velký problém. Parkování je opravdu blízko domu. V případě, kdy bylo parkoviště plné, stalo se pouze 1, tak je k dispozici parkoviště vzdálené cca 7 minut chůze. Celkově můžeme tedy říci, že se nám na pobytu líbilo vše, čím disponoval.

Appartamento molto accogliente, funzionale e pulito. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il lago e il centro storico di Como anche con i mezzi pubblici (senza l'assillo di trovare parcheggio e i relativi costi). Grande disponibilità e gentilezza della gestrice.
