Excellent and no problems

Very good location both to city centre, S jiovanni station and Villa Grumello where many scientific conferences occur. Internet was fast, facilities new and clean, everything at the kitchen.

Great location but needs some maintenance

The location was great, close to the lakeshore and only 15 minutes walk to city center. The apartment was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The host was prompt in her communication.

The apartment was not clean and needs some maintenance. Like other guests mentioned, the floor was quite dirty, the sofa didn't look/smell clean, and the shower needs maintenance.

On Como lake

Apartment was well appointed with all facilities and the beds were comfy and toilets clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Complimentary espresso capsules and a coffee machine was fantastic. Just takes around 20 to 25 min to walk from the station. If u have many bags its a bit tough and the owner is not staying here so all communication is by whatsapp but they were very responsive and they took our calls for help in getting the password and the keys from a padlock. There is buses available to go back to the station with your bags from across the street. Main benefit is location is right behind the Como lake promenade 2 min. Wall. And 10 to 15 min. Walk to the public boating point.

The timings of check out were 10 am. Although I had requested to extend till 12 and the owner supported but it would be worthwhile to think if travellers arrive late in the previous night perhaps allow them late check out till 2 pm at least.

Il soggiorno è stato bello tutto sommato.

Ottima posizione, due passi dal lago. Molto carino è stato trovare messi in disposizione da proprietaria gel doccia, sapone, utensili da cucina, carta forno, l'olio, pepe, sale, una bottiglia d'acqua. Le cose che servono e che a volte ci si dimentica di portare dietro qualcosa.

Il box doccia non si chiude bene, perde acqua, di conseguenza il pavimento del bagno ogni volta che facevo la doccia si allagava. È un disaggio. La caldaia è molto rumorosa quando si accende, soppratutto di notte è un problema perché disturba il sonno.

Komfortowy, nowy, wyjątkowo obszerny apartament. Przestrzeń. Kompletne wyposażenie kuchni. Bardzo czysto. Blisko jeziora i miasta. Bardzo dobre nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Wygodne, szerokie łóżko. Self check-in/out.

Okna są od dziedzińca otwartego na ulicę, przez co trochę dochodzi hałas ruchu ulicznego.

Kabina prysznicowa przecieka. Przy włączonej większej liczbie urządzeń wyłącznik główny mieszkania znajdujący się przy bramie wjazdowej wyłącza się, trzeba udać się na dwór by go załączać. Pralkosuszarka mała i słabo wydajna, źle suszy ubrania.

Modern berendezés, kényelmes ágy, mosógép, mosogatógép, mindkettőhöz mosószer, kávéfőző kapszulákkal, teljesen felszerelt apartman. Közel a parti sétány.

Parkolót nehéz találni Comoban. Nem minden edény volt rendesen elmosva.

Удобное расположение, красивое место, рядом одна из самых больших вилл Комо, пиццерия, магазинчик с итальянскими продуктами, дорога до центра Комо вдоль набережной доставляла удовольствие. В квартире есть почти все необходимое.

Отличное место для пребывания в Комо

Расположение - от дома можно сразу выйти на набережную, дойти до центра Комо. Не шумно, удобные кровати, отопление/кондиционер легко регулируется.

Пол мог бы быть почище, не хватало освещения на лестнице до нашего этажа. Отсутствовал пододеяльник на спальном месте на диване.
