La limpieza del departamento. Todo impecable. Cuenta con buena comodidad.
Cuando llegamos nos dimos con que no había ascensor. Hubo que subir 3 pisos con maletas y bolsos. Somos grandes y mi esposo tiene problemas de movilidad. El aviso debería aclarar esa condición.
El Internet nunca funcionó y lo mecesitábamos imperiosamente para nuestras obligaciones a distancia, lo cual nos obligó a trasladarnos para tener conexión, con el consiguiente gasto ocasionado.
De todas maneras, agradecemos que tuvieron el amable y noble gesto de reconocer estas faltas.
Por lo demás, todo bien.
