Central White Apartment by Rent All Como

Absolutely beautiful apartment to stay in Como. So central to everywhere. Everything you would need is provided. Extremely clean and modern. Lift is a bonus especially in the heat of Como summer as on 3rd floor. We absolutely loved it. Will definitely stay again. Air conditioning unit and 2 large fans provided although it was so hot it was was difficult to sleep, but thankfully they are available. Toiletries provided were really nice.

Didn't stay long enough! We arrived late and we would have been grateful for a bottle of water left in the fridge. Maybe just a thought to leave one provided.

Rendkívül modern, tiszta és tágas apartman. 4 fő részére foglaltuk és kényelmesen elfértünk. Pár napos tartózkodásra tökéletes volt, minden szükséges dolgot megtaláltunk. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek. Az apartman a városközpontban, a sétálóutcán helyezkedik el, a part pár percre van, éttermek, pékségek, fagyizók a közelben, a bolt is néhány percre. A szállásadó egy részletes útmutatót adott a bejutáshoz és az ott tartózkodáshoz. Jó volt, hogy önálló becsekkolás volt, így nem kellett egyeztetni a szállásadóval, szabadon tudtunk be- és elmenni. Remek szállás összességében, biztos ugyanide jövünk legközelebb is. 🙂

Apartment is in good location to train/bus station and sights & restaurants. It was clean & spacious.

The property management company hospitality is nill. They did not respond quickly when we had trouble opening the door. The amenities provided are very minimal. For example they only give you 2 coffee pods for 2 people staying 4 nights. 2 small rolls of toilet paper. They told us to go out and buy our own if we needed more. Other rentals supplied us with more amenities or restocked for us.

The apartment was in an excellent location. A short walk from the rail station and an easy walk to the ferry and numerous eating places. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The first problem we had was that we could not access the apartment using the key provided. The lock was extremely difficult to turn and a technician had to come to let us in. He modified the key by adding a bolt to give it weight. It was a struggle every time we entered or exited the unit. The second problem was the air conditioner did not work. This was during the recent heat wave. Fans were provided and a portable air conditioner which needed to be vented through the balcony door which allowed heat to enter the apartment. Every night of our four day stay we woke up in a pool of sweat. The ambient temperature in the apartment was 30 degrees. We contacted rent all Como by text on numerous occasions and while they replied to our texts - no solution was provided. No tea, coffee etc provided.
