Very nice, spacious and well situated I recommend it for sure - excellent value for the price !

The owner was very nice and helped us with the entrance on check in, even left for us coffee, tea and 2 bottles of water. The apartment is very well situated near the train station, the center and not far from the lake. It is very spacious and well equipped. Beeing in an inside yard it is quiet

Very hard to find things that we didn't like, but if I have to mention some I would pick: The locks that you have to open are pretty old and sometimes need extra power, but it's not something that you can't manage at the end. The apartment is situated in an inside yard so it has no view to the lake or to the city. The bathroom is quite small and narrow without windows (only fan) and the water pressure in the shower is low.

Für einen Kurztrip für 4 Personen super geeignet.

Super Lage fast direkt am See und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Direkt am Bahnhof zur Anbindung. Parkplatzsituation in Ordnung. Geräumiges kleines Air BnB für 4 Personen super geeignet. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

An der ein oder anderen Stelle in der Küche etwas staubig, z.B. schmutzige Gläser. Restliche Räumlichkeiten aber sehr sauber.

L’appartamento è davvero carino, dotato di ogni comodità e comfort. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e gentile. La posizione strategica, a due passi dalla stazione e dal lago. Tutto assolutamente perfetto! Consiglio questa struttura a chi desidera comodità e tranquillità! Se dovessi ritornare a Como non avrei dubbi su dove alloggiare.

Se venite a Como è il posto giusto dove stare

Il loft è pulitissimo e tenuto molto bene. Si vede molto che i signori tengono molto al tutto. Il signor Roberto ci ha fatto trovare un pensierino di benvenuto veramente tanto gradito. Inoltre è stato veramente gentile e disponibile nell'aiutarci con un nostro problema personale. Grazie veramente tanto.

La comunicación con el anfitrión fué por medio de Whatsapp y excelente, siempre con toda la información a tiempo y muy precisa. La ubicación del lugar super bien, super cerca de la estación de tren y cerca del centro.

Posizione strategica per chi deve muoversi in treno

Ottima la posizione per chi vuole stare a due passi dalla stazione San Giovanni e dal centro. Noi avevamo la necessità di andare e venire da Mendrisio, perciò la posizione per noi era top. Confortevole, c’è tutto quello che serve. Il proprietario ha sempre risposto con celerità a qualsiasi nostra richiesta.

Апартаменты забронировали через приложение Booking. За один день до прибытия с нами связался хозяин апартаментов и прислал пошаговое инструкцию по заселению и получению ключей. Квартира находится в пешей доступности от вокзала, максимум 2- 3 минуты ходьбы. Квартира очень светлая, чистая, комфотрная, есть все необходимое как на кухне так и в ванной комнате. Фотографии на сайте соответствуют действительности. При высилении на следующей утро мы познакомились с владельцем квартиры. Очень милый и приятный в общении мужчина Роберто подсказал нам где оставить наши вещи до отправления нашего поезда. Обязательно выберем эти апартаменты при следующем посещении Комо!!!

Ottima posizione per vedere Como e il lago

La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla della città, vicino al centro e alla stazione. Il parcheggio è a pagamento in strada, ma si trova abbastanza facilmente. Si accede al loft da una corte interna, quindi è abbastanza silenzioso durante la notte. Dispone di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno ed è ampio, il proprietario è gentile (nel nostro caso abbiamo fatto un self check-in). Il letto è comodo.

Il loft si trova a piano terra e un po’ influisce sull’umidità interna. Il bagno è senza finestre e piccino, nonostante sia dotato di una ventola questa non è sufficiente: gli asciugamenti sono perennemente umidi e non si riescono ad asciugare. Ovviamente è stato ricavato dallo spazio possibile, però il lavandino è davvero piccolo. La pulizia viene addebitata in fase di prenotazione, ma potrebbe essere migliorata: la carta igienica in bagno non viene cambiata (quella aggiuntiva è già tutta aperta), vengono lasciati i saponi dei clienti precedenti aperti che volano sulla mensola, il lavandino del bagno era un leggermente sporco, le lenzuola erano lavate ma macchiate. A parer nostro ci sono troppi suppellettili e accessori non funzionali al soggiorno, di sicuro a gusto per il proprietario.

Spazi confortevoli, puliti e molto accoglienti. Con una piccola passeggiata si arriva sul lungo lago. La struttura è fornita di tutto quello che serve per il soggiorno e la preparazione di colazione e pasti

La casa è grande e confortevole, ben attrezzata e vicino a centro e alla stazione. È bella fresca ed è stato il nostro rifugio quando fuori c'erano 30°!

Molto carino il loft, comodo per raggiungere la piazza centrale. Il proprietario è molto disponibile.

Piuttosto rumoroso il contesto; si sente ogni apertura di porta dei vicini ed in generale ogni movimento. Il bagno è cieco e non comodissimo.

La posizione è eccellente. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile. I regali di benvenuto sono stati davvero molto graditi. Dispone di asciugamani, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro e tutto ciò di cui potreste aver bisogno durante il vostro soggiorno. I letti sono comodi e la pulizia è eccellente. The location is excellent. The host was very friendly and helpful. The welcome gifts were very much appreciated. It has towels, hair dryer, iron and everything you might need during your stay. The beds are comfortable and the cleanliness is excellent.

Colazione poco allettante...solo tre cialde di caffè e due merendine confezionate. Abbiamo preferito andare nella vicina pasticceria.

MINIMA MA ESSENZIALE

L'appartamento strutturato a loft e la sua posizione a pochi passi dal centro. Munito di tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, tv con netflix e prime, divano grande e comodo e locale piccolo ma essenziale.

Piccolissima pecca: non sono riuscita ad abbassare le serrande per la notte, non ho sentito molta privacy. Inoltre porte e finestre sono molto sottili, si sente tutto, questo può creare un po' di disagio, ma non ha causato problemi per il mio soggiorno
