Great value, comfortable, clean apartment in a great location

The owner was very helpful, responsive and gave us a lot of information about the area, even going above and beyond to walk with us down to the lake to show us the access and she quickly posted us an item we had left behind despite the booking being around the Christmas period. There was milk, water, biscuits, coffee stocked in the kitchen and the bathroom had toiletries we could use. The apartment was really spacious, incredible clean, safe and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also newly renovated and the shower was great. Location was also really good - short walk into central Como and there was parking right behind the building. Great value for money and I would gladly stay here again!

Brilliant location near the train station and Lake Como, yet in peaceful grounds. Lovely spacious rooms. The apartment was perfect. It was really well stocked, including the great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the owner.

Best Booking Apartment So Far

Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen had all appliances, food and drinks. There were notes on how to use everything which was fabulous. The owner also bought a stuffed gift for my toddler that puts a smile on his face every time he sees it - we were surprised and are very thankful for it. Definitely, we will rebook it in the near future and would totally recommend staying at the apartment. We felt welcomed and were happy to stay there. Thanks again for hosting us!

The location was perfect. Very close to the lake and 12-15 minutes walk to center of como.

Parking is public parking and it’s a challenge to find a slot. If you find one, only move the car if necessary.

Absolutely lovely!

Antonella was an amazing host - she met us as we arrived, showed us a few sights and everything in the apartment. She could not have been more attentive or lovely! The apartment was an easy and short walk around the lake to old Como - a perfect stay for everything we wanted.

Apartment is perfect for families.

Excellent location in the centre of Como, 2 minute walk from waters edge and 10 minute walk from the old town. Apartment is very spacious and clean with great views from the private, wrap around balcony. Host was very helpful and on hand for any queries we had. Snacks, bottles of water and essentials provided on our arrival, which is a great support after a long journey.

Only small, but couldn’t connect to WIFI, children had to hot spot from my phone in the evenings.

A gem of an apartment with a welcoming host

The apartment was clean, modern, and incredibly spacious both inside and out. It was well-stocked with toiletries and a generous selection of breakfast items, including water, juices, and milk. Our host was wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful advice about the local area, including must-visit spots and great places to eat. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic!

Antonella is such a lovely and welcoming host. We felt like we were in a home away from home. The apartment is incredibly spacious and has all the necessary amenities one may require. There are 2 balconies, one balcony overlooking the hills / mountain (nice place to have breakfeast). For 4 people, we felt we all had enough space and privacy. The apartment is modern and incredibly clean. And the breakfeast selection was generous (ranging from cereals, breads, jams, milk etc), and was sufficient for our short stay for 4 people. It is well located, right Como San Giovanni station (10 min walk) and 5 min walk from Lake Como. There are local shops, bakeries and a good PIzzeria within walking distance. Como is well located to explore the rest of Lake Como, even without having access to a car. And there are trains to Switzerland too. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

Great location and nice apartment.

Great location close to the San Giovanni Train Station. Spacious apartment. Good do it yourself breakfast from items stocked in the kitchen. Walking distance to ferry and sites of Como.

We experienced some challenges finding the location. Our only communication with the host was over Booking.com App and when we arrived my phone lost internet connection. Since we did not have a phone number to call and communicate with the host we could not ask for directions. Then the call button to let us into the apartment front gate was not functioning. In the end the host was gracious and helpful and it all worked out but it was stressful at night in the rain trying to get into the apartment when we could not contact the host.

A quiet, spotless home away from home perfect for a family or a couple.

The apartment had everything you would need. From excellent breakfast choices to toiletries and first aid kits , even biscuits to have with tea or coffee . Antonella is the perfect host , and even took me on a mini tour of the locale to show me where the bakery, supermarket, lido and a beautiful walk around the lake . The apartment was spotless and very quiet. The location is perfect if arriving or leaving by train , yet a short walk into the excellent shopping district Duomo etc. We will definitely be back .

Great value, location and facilities - would definitely recommend.

Great location, Antonella met us and showed us the parking space and provided information about the property and area. Very clean and lots of snacks, tea, coffee and plenty of breakfast provided. Lots of shampoo shower gel etc too. Great location to walk into Como. Plenty of space for our family of 5 which includes 3 teenagers Sorry we only had one night there.

Exceptional

Everything was fantastic in this apartment. So much space for a family, really clean and lots of towels, toiletries and breakfast provided. Location-wise it was excellent. We were able to walk to Como centre and the train centre within 10 minutes. A special word of thanks though has to be given to Antonella who looks after the apartment. She met us when we arrived late afternoon and gave us a quick tour of the apartment and Como pointing out supermarkets, ferry office, bakeries and restaurants etc and giving us local tips for our holiday. We had a couple of minor issues at the apartment (caused by us) and she gracefully came and sorted these out promptly. We will definitely be back again.

Big appartment with everything you need and more, great location

Antonella is an amazing host, who really cares about your comfort, she provided everything you need and much more: all the amenities, plenty of towels, bathrobes, full kitchen equipment, espresso maker, lots of products for breakfast including eggs, milk, juice, many mini packs of biscuits, crackers, bread, cereals, jam, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil. She guided us about the town, some restaurants, bakery and provided lots of materials about the area. The location is very convenient too, the lake and the city Center is only few minutes walk. We had a great stay!

Perfect apartment,area and host !

Antonella met us at the apartment showed us around,gave us lots of advice on the area and was so welcoming.The apartment was perfect,it was large , airy and equipped with everything you could wish for .For breakfast we were left such a range of things and didn't need to buy anything all week. We loved our apartment here at Lario Promenade! The host, Antonella, was great, very helpful and kind. The room was in excellent condition with all amenities that you would need. Antonella was very helpful and understanding. Location close to the lake and city center, few minutes walking. Huge appartment having 3 bedrooms and a living room, 2 balconys and a spacious and full of amennities kitchen. We could find everything would want to eat at breackfast: bread, butter, eggs, all kind of biscuits and teas, coffee, milk.

Everything you would need you find in the house, except slippers :) This is not a real reason to mention taking in consideration all the plusses being at our disposal, but is a minor thing that could count because the floor is pretty cold in the winter season :)

One of the best experiences in Booking in all Time (travelling 3-4 times a year). Firstly the flat was really spacious and clean. We're travelling 4 adults and 2 children, but I think, there could fit confortible about 10 persons! It was in good place, near the lake (2 min.) and old town (5 min.) by foot. And definetely the owner Antonella was great! She really took care of us, the fridge was full with food and even there was special water and cookies for our infant! Also she let us to check in early and check out late. At the end of the journey Antonella gave presents for us and children! Best owner that we've ever had. Definetely if we come to Como again we're going to rent this place :)
