The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful. Before our arrival, he sent detailed and very useful instructions for accessing the apartment. The apartment is just a one-minute walk from a market where you can buy excellent-quality fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as a wide variety of local products, including bread, pastries, pasta, and ready-made meals. The apartment is only a five-minute leisurely walk from the historic center and Lake Como. We highly recommend it – both the accommodation and the location are absolutely fantastic.
Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Como

It was a great apartment- very spacious and comfortable. Location was very close to the train station for a trip into Milan and also easy walk into the old town and waterfront. Allessandro made us feel very at home, providing us with very clear instructions for checking in and also giving us many great recommendations. I highly recommend the apartment.

Sehr geräumig, sehr bequemes Bett, super Unterstützung durch Alessandro, gute Lage (5 Min zu Fuß in fie Innenstadt, 10 Min zum See) - alles bestens! Der Parkplatz ist für große / hohe Autos evtl zu klein. Um die Wohnung herum gibt es aber viele bezahlbare Parkplätze (~13 Euro / Tag finde ich okay für Como)

The kitchen was not good good size but needs definitely a facelift. The baseboards were plastic tape coming off. The garage was private but good thing my husband is skinny.
