The apartment was in a good location and the host helped us a lot with parking. The furniture and overall style were some of the most unique we've seen in our travels giving the flat a really specific feeling
To get to the 2nd floor you have to go through a set of very narrow and steep stairs, which is a problem if you have heavy luggage. And as quirky as the place is, some of the furniture and amenities was quite old and almost falling apart in places.

Området var mycket centralt och låg i trevliga och lugna kvarter. Många restauranger i närheten.
AC'n i det ena sovrummet var trasig. Vi var där under en av sommarens värmeböljor. Med hjälp av skärp och rep lyckades vi själva laga AC'n provisoriskt. Vattenläckage från avloppet till handfatet i badrummet. Det lagades av hantverkare. Opraktiskt med en trappa upp till pentryt.

The apartment is very close to the lake and many of the main attractions, restaurants, and beautiful areas of Como. The host was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The apartment had all the essential facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. Although the listing mentioned that there was no air conditioning, there was a standalone cooling unit available, which helped and was better than expected.
The apartment was not as clean as it appeared in the photos, especially the sofa. The towels were also coloured rather than white, which made it difficult to assess how clean and fresh they were. While they may have been properly washed, they did not give the same impression of cleanliness and freshness that white towels typically provide. Overall, the cleanliness and presentation did not fully match the expectations set by the listing photos.
