The apartment is well inside the historical centre of Como and very close to all nice places of this beautiful city. The owner was very kind and my arrival wend smoothly. She also organised a parking place close to the apartment.

Great location and closer to the shops and the station. Very clean and gorgeous house.

It is extremely hot as there wasn't AC. The fans were not effective as it should be. Also you might need cash to pay at the property as the card reader might not work. Luckily we had some cash😊

Lovely spacious apartment with lots of character. Great location!!!! Was great to have a garage nearby for parking. Driving is not for the faint hearted in centre of Como!! Was also very nice to have a cold beer waiting for us!! Perfect for those 34 degree afternoons! 👌

Quiet, central location

Location is fab. Central, but quiet. Kitchen is small, but well equipped and easy to use. Bed in main bedroom comfortable and there were fans in each room. Main room is very spacious. It's in a lovely authentic, Italian setting. Stairs were no problem for us. Flexible accommodation host. A wonderful stay!

Handy things to know: -The sofa bed was fine for the kids, but not great for adults (you roll into the middle of it-we discovered this on the first night :)) -Parking costs €10 per day. The was not noted on Booking.com. It's a 10 minute walk from the property.

The apartment is located in the old town, great for restaurants and shops. Lots of information in the apartment on what to do in the city and surrounding villages! Suitable for families!

No air conditioning, if it’s hot it’s hard to have a good night sleep. Wi-fi doesn’t work in the bedroom!

The apartment was ideal for us, great location, clean and tidy. Although close to all amenities it was very quiet. The hostess looked after us very well and we really appreciated the food left for us, many thanks. Would highly recommend.

Super Lage in der Innenstadt von Como, aber trotzdem ruhig, und recht gemütlich eingerichtet. Kuscheliges Schlafzimmer.

Die Aufteilung von Küche und Essbereich: Spülbecken, Kühlschrank, Tassen und Gläser sind in einer Mini Küche, wo nur eine Person Platz hat, und zu der ein paar Stufen hoch führen. Teller, Wasserkocher, Besteck im Wohnzimmer. Sicher nicht anders zu machen, aber sehr unpraktische mühsam….

Lokalizacja - w obrębie historycznego centrum, wszędzie blisko. Urok starej, autentycznej kamienicy. Mieszkanie było duże i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Gospodyni bardzo miła i pomocna.

Dość niewygodna kuchnia, mało talerzy i garnków. Brak miejsca w szafach do przechowywania rzeczy.

Se dovessi tornare a Como tornerei sicuramente in questa struttura.

La posizione è perfetta. Vicinissima al lago, equidistante dalle due stazioni del treno e circondata da locali, ristoranti, supermercati, negozi, ecc… La proprietaria di casa super disponibile. Nella stessa strada, a dieci metri, c’è un deposito bagagli ottimo.
