Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The property is complemented by a large, south-facing garden of approximately 800 square meters, shared with any guests staying in the other two apartments. The center of Como is just a 15-minute drive or a 20-minute bus ride away, with a convenient bus terminal in Civiglio. There is no private parking. Milan is 45 minutes away by highway or one hour by train. The setting is particularly well-suited for families or small groups seeking relaxation, with a complete absence of city noise, the scent of the countryside, and fresh, crisp air.
