Location
No lounge no comfortable chairs. I plastic chair on the verandah. Terrible bedding. It is a flat not a house so noise was an issue. Tiny kitchen. Tiny TV.

Great and charming accommodation
The house is really charming. We had the Wisteria fully bloomed and it was amazing.
Brunate is on top of the hill, so make sure to have patience while wating in the long queues for the funicular.

Comfortable apartment in a great location
Older style apartment, was in a great location a few minutes walk from the funicular, & shops & cafes in the street. Apartment was spacious and clean and was ideal for a family or group ( could sleep up to 6 in 1 double & 4 single beds)
Lacking a few amenities such as washing detergent. No wine glasses! Some of the furniture was a bit shabby.

Beautiful location and great for big groups!
The views were incredible and the bedrooms were really lovely, open and spacious. The terrace was a lovely addition and so big, perfect for breakfast! The location was ideal, quiet and felt rural but so easy to get into Como. Perfect for big groups! Eugenio went out to buy fans for us before our arrival, after I said I was worried about the lack of air con, and they were perfect. He was so helpful and kind.
The bathroom door didn’t lock, but that just needs fixing before the next guests. The kitchen is small BUT we knew that going in, and it wasn’t a problem. The floors were very dirty, they could do with being cleaned better but otherwise it was nice and clean! No wine glasses and then towels were old and smelt musty!

Very clean, well localized and convenient flat but not as well decorated as on the pictures !
The flat is very clean, very calm, spacious (except the very tiny kitchen), the localization in Brunate near the funicular is great, and good communication with the hosts (even if we don't saw them, the check-in box for the keys is very convenient). The basics to have a nice stay !
The flat does not look like the pictures: no nice and cosy decoration, plants, or nice bedsheets ! So we were a bit disappointed for a flat with such a potential ! As Brunate is on the heights, the road is sometimes narrow with sharp turns (but nothing you can't handle). Old sofa in the living room.

Il s agit d un bel appartement spacieux décoré avec gout le jardin et le balcon donnent aussi beaucoup de charme à l appartement. Les lits étaient prêts et l appartement frais en été La propreté de l appartement Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement
Le ménage n avait peut-être pas été fait dans la cuisine. La voisine de l appartement du dessus n a pas l air d apprécier les touristes
