Schöne große Ferienwohnung
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und sind hell. Die Betten in den beiden Schlafzimmer waren komfortabel.
Die große Terrasse ist schön zum Frühstücken und Relaxen. Es gibt eine kleine Bäckerei in der Nähe. Der Fußweg zur Fähre ist steil aber mit guten Schuhen machbar. Bei der Fähre (Rückfahrt am Besten gleich mit buchen, bei uns war eine spontane Rückfahrt nicht möglich) oder Buslinie N6 kann man schnell nach Como fahren. Der Parkplatz im Hof ist gut.

Obwohl das Wetter nicht optimal war, haben wir eine schöne und interessante Woche erlebt.
Große, geräumige Wohnung. Große Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick. Gute Parkmöglichkeit.
Trennung von Müll ist gut, sollte durch weitere Behälter ergänzt werden.
Pizzerien in der Nähe.
Bäcker in der Nähe.
Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein.
Entfernung zum Zentrum zwar nur 1km, aber relativ steil. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein oder leider mit dem Auto fahren.
Es war in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich, dass man Bettwäsche für die Daunendecken hätte mitbringen müssen.
Es fehlt eine Wärmequelle für spontanes Aufwärmen der Wohnung bei sinkenden Temperaturen.
Der WLAN Router setzte ab und zu aus.
Die Sicherung vom Ofen hat abgeschaltet.
Der Wasserhahn in der Küche ist sehr amateurhaft installiert.

Comer See und Cernobbio super schön! Casa Olivo mit Quokka nie wieder!
Die Sonnenterrasse, allerdings kein Seeblick, wie in der Beschreibung
Das Online-Check-In ist eine Katastrophe! Der Stress ging schon vor dem Urlaub los. Der Vertrag, den man blind unterschreiben muss, macht einfach nur Druck und Angst. Preise im Vertrag, wie z.B. Wandausbessern ab 200€! Keine persönliche Übergabe des Apartments und kein Mängelprotokoll. Bei Ankunft erstmal bei 35 Grad im Apartment Mängel fotografieren und festhalten, sowie innerhalb von 24 Stunden melden. Das Apartment war nicht gründlich gereinigt! Überall Staub, die Fußböden nicht gründlich sauber gewischt, die Toilette dreckig. Es musste nachgeputzt werden.
In der 1. Woche am Donnerstag im 2. Stock eine mega laute Party von ca. 10 Jugendlichen. Bei unserer Buchung stand: „Partys verboten.“ Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass im gesamten Haus Partys verboten sind. Wir waren auf der Suche nach Ruhe. Als ich 2 Mal Quokka deswegen angerufen habe ( nach 21 Uhr) und sie sich kümmern wollten, vor 22 Uhr jedoch nichts passierte, bin ich nach oben gegangen. Am nächsten Tag bekam ich deswegen eine Email von Quokka, dass mich der Eigentümer von oben bei der Polizei wegen Hausfriedensbruchs anzeigen wird! 😡😡 Quokka hat uns nicht informiert, dass außer in deren Apartment, sonst überall gefeiert werden darf und kann. So laut, wie man will. Vermutlich auch so lange, wie man will. Ohne, dass man informiert wird, dass eine Party gefeiert wird und es lauter werden kann. So hätte wir Verständnis dafür. Ich habe somit den halben sonnigen Freitag verloren, um den Sachverhalt zu klären und hing in Warteschleifen von Booking.com bzw. am Telefon mit Quokka. Geklärt wurde gar nichts! Ich verreise sehr häufig, aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Wir halten uns (ich, eine Frau, mit meinen Eltern, beide über 70, sowie 2 kleine Hunde) in jedem Urlaub, in jedem Apartment, in jedem Hotel, an jegliche Vorschriften, Ruhezeiten, Verbote, usw. Wir halten alles sauber und putzen alles vor dem Verlassen des Apartments, um es so sauber und ordentlich, wie möglich zu hinterlassen.
