An amazing apartment

Only good memories :) Very cozy, spacious and well-equipped apartment in a good location. We didn't meet the owner Andrea, but were welcomed by Mrs. Angelika. A really nice and warm person, very helpful in solving a specific situation. Thanks again, Angelika! :) And the view from the window was amazing! I definitely recommend this apartment!

Beautiful apartment but heating system needs work.

Beautiful apartment, located on the top floor with two balconies.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the heating system and we couldn’t not switch the radiator in the bedroom off. Despite asking the host for help 3 times, this was not fixed and we had to leave and seek accommodation elsewhere as it was impossible to sleep in the heat. The property also advertised air conditioning but we were not supplied with the remote until the 4th night of our stay. When we first asked, we were told to open the windows. The host was responsive to questions we had but did not make any effort to deal with the radiator issue until we informed them that we were leaving. At this point they offered some solutions which included providing us with remote for air conditioning but the damage was done.

Perfect

The host Angelika is super nice, the contact was great, super friendly. The location is perfect, 2 min walking from the lake, you can walk to Como, so beautiful walking next to the lake. The views and nature are spectacular. From Cernobbio it’s 5 min by car to Como and you can visit easily all the surroundings. You can walk, run, cycle, so much to see and do. The apartment was really beautiful, cosy, big and very clean. Really comfortable in a very quiet location. All together for us it was perfect. We will definitely come back!

The only thing I could say is that there is no private parking. But there’s always place close to the apartment to park your car and it’s very safe. So it’s no problem.

Posizione buona. Appartamento spazioso.

Ho segnalato il fatto che il termosifone del bagno non funzionasse. Non ha funzionato mai nel corso del soggiorno di 5gg. Nemmeno i termosifoni delle camere si sono mai accesi. Quelli del salotto e della cucina invece funzionavano bene. La risposta da parte della referente è stata che con il riscaldamento centralizzato non si può intervenire... Però se sono in un paese come turista e giro tutto il giorno al mio rientro vorrei un alloggio accogliente.. Peccato

Nett, aber anstrengend. Würden wir so nicht wiederholen.

Grundsätzlich war die Wohnung okay. Neues Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Zwei Balkone. Möblierung nicht überkandidelt, sehr angenehm.

Küchenausstattung: karg. Keine Schere. Kein Geschirrhandtuch. Front vom Geschirrspüler fehlt. Keine Erklärungen oder Infos zu irgendwas, weder Wohnung noch Gegend betreffend. Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, Türöffner von oben hat nicht funktioniert, also musste immer jemand runterlaufen. Außerdem war die Eingangstür nur mit normalem Zimmerschlüssel abschließbar, feuertechnisch absolut unzureichend. Wenn jemand draußen war, musste die Person, die drinnen blieb, sich einschließen. Andernfalls hätte jeder von draußen einfach reinkommen können. Ganz schlecht: Das ausziehbare Sofabett im Wohnzimmer. Eigentlich schick und ansehnlich und neu, aber als Bett für zwei Personen schrecklich: quietschende Federn bei jeder minimalen Bewegung, haben pro Nacht höchstens 3 Std. geschlafen. Heizung im kleinen Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Nächtliche Dauergeräusche von der nahegelegenen Chemiefabrik.

Geweldig ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen

Wat een heerlijk ruim appartement met alles er op en eraan wat je maar nodig kan hebben tijdens je vakantie. Genoeg handdoeken, beddengoed, wc papier, vaatwasmiddel en noem maar op. Ook het ontvangst was heel hartelijk en we konden zonder problemen wat eerder het appartement in toen onze reis voorspoediger liep als vooraf gepland. Het contact met Angelika was top en problemen waar we tegenaan liepen werden direct opgelost. Wat een topmens! Het uitzicht op de bergen is fantastisch, zolang je de fabriek links even negeert. Van de fabriek heb je overigens weinig last, je hoort uitsluitend wat als je op het balkon staat. De omgeving is top, binnen enkele minuten sta je midden in het centrum en ook de veerboot die je voor een paar euro over het gehele Comomeer vaart zit op perfecte loopafstand. Ook de bus stopt praktisch voor de deur. Wat ons betreft een geweldige plek als uitvalsbasis voor je vakantie aan het Comomeer!

De vier verdiepingen omhoog sjouwen met alle koffers was wat enthousiast, maar dan had ik misschien zelf ook beter moeten lezen dat er geen lift aanwezig is. Ook de straatjes voor de deur zijn wat klein en parkeerruimte erg beperkt, vaker niet dan wel. Gelukkig is er om de hoek een (betaald, 4 euro per dag) parkeerterrein waar de auto veilig kan staan en dit werd vooraf ook keurig door de hostess aangewezen.

Pobyt uważamy za udany. Mieszkanie było idealne, duże i wygodne.

Obiekt bardzo czysty i w dobrej lokalizacji. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Dwa duże balkony z pięknym widokiem. Do jeziora 5 min spacerkiem, sklepy i kawiarnie też bardzo blisko. Dobry kontakt z Panią Angeliką.

Mieszkanie na 4 piętrze bez windy, ale widok wynagradza to. Minusem też jest mały parking pod budynkiem, który jest ciągle zajęty. Trzeba parkować na płatnym publicznym parkingu, który znajduje się 3 minutki spacerem, ale nie jest bardzo drogi.
