Lovely balcony and view of the lake.

There was no option for breakfast, so not applicable

Would have been nice if they left shampoo and conditioner in the apartment. There was a nice body soap, but they could have left more amenities. Also an extra set of towels would have been nice. We had expected to rent a car. At the last minute, our plans changed. One certainly doesn't need a car to get around Lake Como, but to / from the apartment was challenging. There is a 1 km walk from the town, and it's up a steep hill. Since there are very few taxis in Chernobbio, this made it much harder to get to the apartment with our luggage. And for people who are not that fit, this would be a disaster without a car.

Disappointing

- Location- good. Around 10-15 min walk to the restaurants in the area although only a handful to choose from. Very quiet location would recommend staying in a different area if possible e.g. como itself as a bit more going on and easier to get around to different areas of the lake - View from the room was lovely especially being sat out on the balcony. However the balcony is extremely small and in single file you can walk to your chair to sit out. The view was undeniably lovely however I think the majority of places in lake como have a view so for the accommodation itself it was VERY overpriced. - Room was a small studio flat with a sofa bed which was comfortable and bathroom good size

- Cockroach (or cockroach like bug) on arrival in the kitchen - Transport around was awful, says there are regular buses but they never turned up on time if at all be prepared to get taxis everywhere or rent a car - Customer service was the WORST. I never usually write reviews however I would discourage others from staying here following my experience just in case something did go wrong. We had a 3 night stay and after 24 hours the hot water/ boiler stopped working even though it was "brand new". The company (this apartment is actually ran by a company) promptly send someone out to assess and stated it could not be fixed. We had to wash with kettled hot water in the bathroom sink and no hair wash for us! Anyway, we got on with it and another technician came the following morning which on a bank holiday weekend we thought was good. Unfortunately, it was again yet to be fixed. This meant for 2/3 days of our stay we had no running hot water. We were not offered alternative accommodation but were assured we would receive a discount (we naively assumed this would be a good one as hot water is usually an important part when booking accommodation). By this point we had no where else to go so had no choice but to make the most of a bad situation and continued to boil the kettle and wash in the sink with a load of dry shampoo! When we got home I sent several messages to the property with no response and it wasn't until I stated I was going to write a review weeks later I got one but shockingly this response was one filled with attitude and no apologies what so ever. Considering we had two interruptions to our privacy and had no running hot water for the majority of our stay we received a refund of 92.84 euros. We paid a total of 706.20 euros so this is just over a 10% refund. If we had our time over again we should have demanded a refund there and then and booked elsewhere (hindsight is great).

Comfortable stay with a great view over the lake

Studio apartment equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. Great view over the lake. No airconditioning but the ceiling fan is quiet and works well. Easy self check-in. We were stuck in traffic for hours on the way over so we called that we’d be late for check-in but there was no issue and we could self check in.

Not really anything but one thing that could have helped was a little bit more information about the wifi, how to turn the sofa into the bed, where the pillows are... It’s possible that I just didn’t find it.

A wonderful hidden gem!

The photos don’t do this place justice. It’s truly stunning - excellent lake views, brilliant location to be away from the town but central enough you can walk down in 10 minutes. Plus it’s a gated complex.

Die Schlüssel in dem Kästchen zu bekommen war äußerst kompliziert.Es müsste jemand vorbei kommen Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt und sehr schön. Der Parkplatzb war super.Die Ausstattung im Badezimmer war genial.Die Telefonate waren aber freundlich und hilfreich

Das Bett bzw. Die Matratze war sehr sehr unbequem.Das ging gar nicht.In der Kücheneinrichtung fehlte eine Schere,ein kleines Messer,ein Feuerzeug.Die Heizung ging nur morgens ,abends war sie kalt.Die Fernsehprogramme gingen leider nicht,die italienischen.

Gutes Appartement mit kleinen Abstrichen

Der Blick über den See war sensationell. Das Appartement war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber sehr klein. Gut war auch der Parkplatz vor dem Haus, da in dieser Gegend nirgends ein Parkplatz zu finden gewesen wäre. Über die kleine Straße kommt man als Fussgänger sehr schnell ins Zentrum. Allerdings geht es zurück recht steil nach oben, aber es ist zu schaffen. Allerdings nicht für Menschen mit Problemen beim Laufen.

Es war sehr kalt in dem Appartement. Es ist verständlich, dass im Mai die Heizung ausgestellt ist, aber es war nur 18 Grad auch innen warm, zwei Decken wären angenehm gewesen. Auch die Bettdecke war zu dünn für diese Temperatur. Des weiteren sind in der Booking com Beschreibung die Bilder von zwei Appartements gemischt. Erst die letzten Bilder der Beschreibung trafen auf unser Appartement zu, da sieht man auch wie klein das war. Die anderen Bilder sind vom Appartement nebenan, das wohl etwas größer ist, aber wohl von booking com nicht angeboten wird.

Klein, steriel appartement met mooi uitzicht op Comomeer

Uitzicht vanaf het balkon op het Comomeer. Parkeerfaciliteiten bij appartement.

Appartement is klein en steriel. Gelegen op een helling buiten Cernobbio. Wat maakt dat je langs een smalle, kronkelige weg moet lopen zonder trottoir. Of dat je van de auto gebruik moet maken om Cernobbio te bereiken en dan moeilijk een parkeerlats kan vinden.

Aangenaam verblijf voor een korte duur.

De ligging was heel goed en er was een mooi uitzicht op het meer. Foto's en video van de toegang waren zeer nuttig.

Het kluisje met de sleutels was lastig om te openen. De gekke, schreeuwende buurvrouw die een ander idee had van netjes parkeren.
