Fantastica!!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing! Great location! They were very responsive when we had questions or needed something. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The only thing I can think of is that we stayed for a week and we cooked quite a bit. Just a suggestion, but if there had been some salt and pepper in the kitchen, that would have been great. Very minor though.

Nie wieder!

Die Lage

Der Geruch im Badezimmer, die Lautstärke der Autos und des automatischen Tors unter dem Schlafzimmer und die dreckigen und kaputten Pfannen und Töpfe die auch nach 5 Anfragen nicht ersetzt worden sind (Whatsapp Chat liegt vor) Die Spühlmaschine und der Badezimmerschrank waren ebenfalls kaputt. Darüber hinaus hat das Bad kein Tageslicht. Das Unternehmen das dies verwaltet ist OHNE meine Erlaubnis ins unsere Unterkunft gekommen um etwas zu prüfen.

Eigentlich ein Topp Apartment, wenn der Datenschutzverstoss nicht wäre und man auf Stühlen hätte sitzen können, die nich

Schön eingerichtet, sauber, gute Lage, schnelle Beantwortung von Frage

Die kaputten 2 Esszimmerstühle, die auch nach Reparatur nicht benutzbar waren. Das Nichteinhalten von europäischem Datenschutzrecht. Zum Check in musste man alle Ausweise Vorder- und Rückseite Einscannen plus Selfie, auch von meinen Minderjährigen Kindern. Wahlweise hätte man nach Como ins Büro fahren können, was 40 Minuten mehr Fahrzeit bedeutet hätte. Zudem musste man sich einverstanden zeigen, dass die Daten für kommerzielle / Marketing Zwecke weiterverwendet werden dürfen ohne Widerspruchsmöglichkeit. Auch Booking.com ist hier nicht eingeschritten. Verbessern könnte man auch, dass man darauf hinweist, erst zum Appartment zu fahren, um Gepäck auszuladen und dann in die Garage fährt, die 5 Gehminuten weg ist.

Я бы советовал обратить внимание на ванную комнату. Немного вытекает вода из душевой и ламинат на полу скоро придется менять. Хотелось бы постоянно работающий полотенцесушитель - пототенца не сохнут.
