The shower had Black Mold that was acceptable to Host as Shower was old. Cleaned it myself.

Old fashioned property and expensive for what it offers.

Washing machine

Kitching smoke alarm, wifi, pillows, no top sheet, no toaster, no wine glasses, road noise, most facilities were dated. It was advertised as two bedroom, but was only really a fold out bed. Was the most expensive property on a 5 week Italy trip and was the least value for money. We gave 2 10/10s and this one lowest at 4/10. Prioerty Manager was fantastic, just property itself was very poor.

Great location but second bedroom not comfortable

Good location so close to everything we needed.. clean and WiFi worked well. The aircon was great as very hot when we stayed. Frederica was an excellent poc for us, arranging a kettle so we could make tea/coffee.

The second bedroom does not have a door so not private when sharing with another couple. Also bed in second room (diningroom) was very hard and not comfortable. Shame!

The location was excellent and an easy bus ride from Como. The apartment was very good and had all the facilities required. It was also very clean and tidy.

A great introduction to our first time in Italy.

The host was really flexible with checking in time, meeting us at the property even though we were running late. The air con, WIFI, and bed we're superb and the apartment was just what we needed whilst visiting for a friend's wedding. Stunning location with plenty of evening food options we didn't get to explore enough of.

Vriendelijke ontvangst en goede communicatie. Alhoewel je in een drukke straat zit hoor je weinig van de straat door de goed isolerende ramen.

Lawaaierige airco, 2e bed is opklapbed in woonkamer. Wifi werkte zo goed als niet.

La douche le robinet laisse fuir de l'eau partout et la rue principale passe très près c'est un peu bruyant et il faut changer les oreillers qui sont très inconfortables

Très bon emplacement et appartement très spacieux avec tout ce qu'il faut

Très bonne réactivité et communication. emplacement très bon en plein centre. appartement spacieux avec tous ce qu'il faut.

Attention en octobre l'appartement est froid et d'après le propriétaire, nous ne pouvons pas enclencher le chauffage (restriction du gouvernement italien), donc si le temps est mauvais, les pièces sont très fraîches. Le parking est très cher (15€ par jour). La Tv ne fonctionnait pas et la connexion internet est très lente.
