The apartment is clean, cute, well equipped and comfortable with a great location & responsive host!

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish! Emanuele was great- extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating! The location is fantastic- nice and quiet but only a couple minutes walk from the lakefront! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and very well appointed with many thoughtful touches to make the stay more convenient (i.e. multiplug serge protector, wine opener, Nespresso machine with capsules and sugar, washing machine with detergent, hair dryer etc.) The bathroom was clean and well lit. The kitchen was also well equipped and the mattress was firm and very comfortable. All in all, a perfect home base!!

Lovely stay in Cernobbio

Very nice place to stay with my family (we were 4 people). The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need; I liked having a private car parking just in front of the apartment. Moreover we were in the historical centre so it was convenient to go to the lake and take the public boat (i.e. battello) to go both to Como and to the other little villages. Emanuele was a great host, smart and welcoming: it was nice getting to know him! Another important point was the possibility to travel with our dog!

A pretty and cosy place near the centre.

The interior is tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. No great views from the windows/doors but this didn't bother us. Great host!

Silver people of lesser agility may find the spiral staircase difficult to use.

Great value and design in a very busy town center with awesome walking access to all.

This is a very nice apartment. A lot of thought was put into the design and coordination of every element. It was spotless when we arrived and initial impressions of being dark inside were dispelled once the shutters were opened. The location is the selling point. We were only a short walk from everything and it suited our needs perfectly. Slept exceptionally well on a very comfortable bed.

We didnt have any issues personally, but other reviews do mention things that we did notice as well. Access to apartment is down an extremely narrow road that was just wide enough for our Fiat. Parking in many European areas like this is a challenge and demands creativity. There was no on site parking the second half of the month but a public car park is very close by plus streets with free parking are also close by. We were there during a very busy weekend and always found a spot. Work with Emanuele. He will be very helpful. The shower layout requires care to not get water everywhere but ok once you get used to it. There is a spiral staircase to access the bedroom and bath area. It is quite narrow to navigate. For some, this may be an issue. However, there is a traditional staircase for bringing up luggage etc in the foyer. One would still need to enter the apartment, climb up the spiral stair and open the door to the upper terrace.

Great location, lovely host, and well kitted out and clean apartment. Great value for money!

No real view of the lake from the apartment, which wasn’t hugely clear on the advertising page. Also there was a very small spiral staircase linking the reception area to the bedroom - fine for young and agile individuals (we didn’t have any problems and even managed to get a suitcase up and down!), however would be very difficult for anyone with health issues or even minor mobility problems.

A kind and welcoming host makes all the difference for a stress-free holiday!

Emmanuele was an incredibly kind host -- our plane was delayed but he still was in constant communication with us and met us in the small hours of the morning to welcome us! His friendly and attentive communication made our stay incredibly easy and stress-free. The house is very central and therefore great value for money. The house was also incredibly clean and well maintained, and we were able to park at the house which was very helpful. Overall, a wonderfully relaxing stay in a beautiful part of the world -- thank you Emmanuele!

Ugodan uz nekoliko nedostataka.

Objekt je u blizini centra, te sadrži privatan parking. Također, sadrži i besplatne začine za kuhanje, wc papir, aparat za kavu sa kapsulama, gelove za tuširanje i sve ostalo potrebno. Domaćin je bio vrlo ljubazan i imali smo odličnu komunikaciju, a prostor je bio uredan uz nekoliko nedostataka.

Nažalost, apartam izgleda modernije i novije na slikama nego što je. Zgrada je stara sa tankim zidovima i sve se čuje. Apartman ne sadrži prozore, samo vrata za terasu. Podovi su bili ususani, ali prljavi i na par mjesta poput radijatora je bilo prašine. U donjem dijelu apartmana bilo je mrava koji su hodali po podu :/ Nažalost, ne opravdava cijenu u potpunosti, no boravak je bio ugodan.

Det var bra läge och gratis parkering utanför huset.

Det var trångt för 4 personer då bäddsoffan var i köket på först plan. Ingen plats att sitta för frukost och middag. Balkongen var delad med andra hyresgäster utan stolar, gick ej att använda. Fanns inte heller glas mm till fyra personer. Bilderna bar mycket finare än verkligheten.
