The apartment is spacious and has been beautifully renovated. The windows close with stores, especially important on warm sunny days. The sofa becomes quite big when opened. The shower and warm water work really well. The building was quiet and the neighbourhood was calm. We could hear the water stream when we would open the window. The parking was very convenient, right next to the building. The owner, Valentina, was very nice and very attentive; she was also very responsive and super kind, a joy to be in contact with.
There was nothing not to like about this property.

Excellent apartment and host!
Excellent apartment at the border between ITaly and Switzerland and near lake Como and all facilities nearby like supermarkets. The apartment has a private parking. The self check in was very easy. Valentina is a super host preparing the appartment for you with such a good care. She gives you the survival kit for cooking (oil, salt, coffee, water). The appartment is warm and perfect for families. There is even a box with toys!! The apartment is nicely decorated with comfortable beds and sofa bed.
Nothing. We will be back! Maybe a kettle for tea.

Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio comodissimo, nell'appartamento c'è tutto quello che serve per gestire al meglio il soggiorno.
Va bene così, metterei qualche libro per gli ospiti.

soggiorno piacevole, ottima comunicazione con l'host. ci tornerei.
l'appartamento è appena ristrutturato, tutto nuovo, ho trovato una bottiglietta d'acqua e le cialde per la macchinetta, l'appartametno spazioso e ben organizzato. importante sapere che non ha ascensore e sono 3 piani, per me non è stato un problema. la gentilezza poi dell'host è stata superlativa.
l'unica è che il condominio è un po vetusto, ma non ha avuto impatti negativi sul soggiorno.

Appartemento molto pulito e accogliente.. mi è piaciuto tantissimo! Attrezzata molto bene.. era tutto nuovo! Valentina la proprietaria era molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo anche avuto il modo di fare il self check-in. Il parcheggio è privato si trova davanti casa.
