Fantastic place with an amazing view and good location.

Commuting from Cernobbio to Como and other places. around is a somewhat difficult without the car. The apartment could also have a bit more house supplies for everyday use. Especially that they request to keep it clean.

Spacious and nicely decorated comfortable 1 bed apartment in upper Cernobbio

The apartment is spacious and has a large balcony but the bedroom is small. It is reasonably modern. Good amount of kitchen cuttlery, and utensils. Coffee pods, dishwasher and washer cleaning pods were provided. Large fridge. Not too far from the city center but not super close (7mn walk)

The hosts requires an extensive check-in application which takes at least 20 mn to do beforehand on internet, with passport photos of every guest... That was too long, and too much to do. When you travel you don't always have internet and that was not mentioned on their description. I never had to send photos of my passport for bookings prior. I do not trust these private kind of hosts with my data. There was no parking spot provided in an area with no free parking during the day. The wifi code was the original, very complicated code. Some curtains/blinds were broken but left on the windows. One bin was missing (blue? or I did not understand their bin system, colours were not clearly indicated) and the bins were outside but it was not obvious. The door locks are very hard to use. The key was located quite far from the property (about 200m, not sure why). The electricity dropped out meaning we had to contact the host at 11pm to access downstairs meters which had different names (luckily the host responded) despite a manual with info on what to do when there is a power outage (but missing some information obviously).

Exceptional stay – perfect for our wedding weekend!

We stayed at Cernobbio Garden View for our wedding at Villa Erba, and the location could not have been more ideal – just a short walk away, in a quiet and beautiful area surrounded by charm. The apartment itself was absolutely lovely – spacious for two people, with a huge wraparound balcony offering stunning views of the cascade. It perfectly blends modern comfort with a vintage touch, making it feel both stylish and cozy. A special thank you to Gabrielle from the office, who was incredibly helpful and kind. He made our stay stress-free by storing our luggage and helping us get a taxi (not an easy task in the area!). Air conditioning is in the room that made quite cool after a long day in the sun. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Cernobbio – whether for a wedding or simply to enjoy the beauty of Lake Como.

I wish there was AC in the living room The apartment was slightly dirty, cat/dog hair on the couch that was stuck on my clothes Wifi didn’t work even though tried to reboot it multiple times

Balkongen var stor och gick nästan runt hela huset med utsikt över bergen och morgonsol. Det var fräscht, stort för två personer och låg centralt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt.

Dass der Schlüssel in Como abgeholt werden muss ist etwas umständlich.

Espacioso, equipado y limpio

Recomendaría mejorar la conexión wifi, era muy lenta y no cargaba bien (no se podía usar para ver pelis o vídeos). Faltó algún elemento de limpieza (estropajo para fregar) o tazas para beber
