Excellent location in Cernobbio. Supermarket literally around the corner. The small cafe is ideal for a typical italien breakfast. We used the appartement twice while stopping in Cernobbio and Como on our way to Cote d'Azur. Silvia is very responsive and took our observations serouis and the minor problem was already solved when we stayed there the 2nd time.

Lo spazio, la pulizia, l'accoglienza anche se solo digitale ma siamo stati seguiti con gentilezza e precisione. E se non vuoi riprendere la macchina, ad un minuto a piedi c'è un'ottima trattoria oltre ad una cucina attrezzata.
Niente. Attenzione però a non mettere solo il nome dell'alloggio sul navigatore perchè lui ci ha portato a 45 minuti di distanza da lì (in una frazione di Como) in una villa con lo stesso nome.

Ein schönes, modern ausgestattetes Apartment mit viel Platz. Alles da, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Bis Como Zentrum sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Preis-Leistung stimmt.
Man kann zwar kostenfrei in der Straße parken, aber es gibt keinen reservierten Parkplatz.

Posizione buona, alloggio pulito e arredamento curato.
Abbiamo avuto problemi con la caldaia, che funzionava male (acqua praticamente fredda), e la macchinetta del caffè era palesemente guasta. Inoltre, le coperte erano inadeguate per l'inverno. Abbiamo segnalato tutto alla proprietaria (siamo rimasti una notte) che ha assicurato che avrebbe provveduto a verificare.
