After a 7-hour flight delay, we arrived exhausted, but this accommodation was exactly what we needed — a true haven that instantly restored our sense of comfort and calm. The space is beautifully arranged, thoughtfully organized, and impeccably clean. We especially appreciated having everything we needed to prepare our own tea and coffee — a simple detail that made a huge difference after such a long and tiring day. The bathroom was fully equipped with fresh towels and all the necessary amenities, and the attention to detail could be seen in every corner of the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped, providing everything required for a comfortable stay. Additionally, having a Lidl supermarket right next door is a great advantage. The host was extremely understanding and kind, with excellent communication throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of.

The appt is spacious, excellent clean. I appreciated the small supply of tea, coffee, suger and some other, very nice! Communication with host was 👍🏻. We only stayed one night, but longer is definately better. We had a lovely dinner at La Taverna which is a small authentic restaurant at crawling distance 😉; approx 100m walk.

Appartamento gradevole, ma con alcuni disservizi.

Posizione buona, alloggio pulito e arredamento curato.

Abbiamo avuto problemi con la caldaia, che funzionava male (acqua praticamente fredda), e la macchinetta del caffè era palesemente guasta. Inoltre, le coperte erano inadeguate per l'inverno. Abbiamo segnalato tutto alla proprietaria (siamo rimasti una notte) che ha assicurato che avrebbe provveduto a verificare.

Bene ma poteva andare meglio

Appartamento arredato bene e accogliente con tutto l occorrente. Ci hanno lasciato 2 capsule di caffè che abbiamo potuto usare solo per la sera. La posizione per la villa erba è strategica con parcheggio gratuito.

Abbiamo trovato il letto da una parte più usurato e "sfondato" una volta sdraiati si rimaneva affossati, il vetro della doccia era sporco e anche lo specchio in bagno. Da Como è lontano ma a noi serviva per altro. Il prezzo per non essere a Como è un po' alto.

Como beautifull house

Appartamento ristrutturato molto moderno e funzionale, pulitissimo, proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, comoda anche la posizione vicino alla città e al lago con tutto il necessario

Purtroppo il parcheggio non c'era come da descrizione dato che bisognava parcheggiare in strada dove c'era posto, senza neanche le strisce per poterlo fare in sicurezza e non c'era il parcheggio privato gratuito in loco come descritto..

Kleines gemütliches Juwel

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Haus in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist lediglich ca. 300 Meter weit entfernt und bietet ein großes Angebot. Das Haus selbst ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber das Apartment ist super renoviert und sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ich habe mich dort sofort zuhause gefühlt, auch wenn ich nur eine Nacht geblieben bin. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war völlig problemlos, der Check-in erfolgt über einen Code und eine Schlüsselbox.

Die Dusche war am Abend leider nicht mehr ganz so warm, wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte.

Stort rum och separat sovrum, tvättmaskin, bra utrustning.

Sängen var för mjuk och saknade bäddmadrass, fick mycket ont i ryggen. Saknade instruktioner till värmestyrningen, kunde bara få på värme i elementen under begränsad tid. Värden hade skickat info om nyckelbox via Whatsapp som jag inte hade på min telefon hon kunde inte svara på sin telefon så det blev trassligt och tog tid innan vi kom in. Information om Whatsapp hade hon skickat strax innan vi anlände men till Bookings meddelande som jag inte hade koll på

Tolle Lage, neue, moderne Renovierung der Wohnung,ruhiger Ort.

Es gibt wenig Hörbarkeit in der Wohnung und bei Nachbarn. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist normal. Aber alles ist ordentlich. Es gibt nichts, was nicht gefallen hat, was kritisch wäre.
