Overall, in balance we were satisfied

Good location

Poor airconditioning. The bedroom has a portable airconditioner that struggled to cool the room. The Kitchen/living area only had a fan that didn't cool the room, and given the sofa bed was required, it was uncomfortable given how warm the room was.

A real gem in a quiet neighbourhood that is well connected to the rest of Lake Como

The apartment was very clean, well furnished and functional in every aspect. The owner also have a lot of tips on Lake Como. Really affordable accommodation too.

Practical short stay

The location is ideal for a one night stop, close to the highway. The personel is very kind, offers a lot of recommendations. We liked it that basic kitchen stuff (e.g. salt, pepper, coffee, sugar) was available. The appartement was very clean.

The location was practical for us to travel through, but the neighborhood isn’t very inspirational.

Exceptional

Our journey to Cernobbio was beset with delays so our estimated time of arrival grew later and later. Our host graciously waited for us and when we finally arrived at nearly midnight, our host greeted us with warmth and humour. The beds were very comfortable and all spotlessly clean. The location was excellent, a short walk to the lake and a great patisserie in the street below us. The off street parking was very convenient and secure.

Nice, big, clean apartment.

There is no airco as advertised. There was a mobile airco that could only cool 1 room and that was so noisy that you could not sleep or even stay in that room.

Overnight stop so perfect for our long journey

We knew the location before . The host was very welcoming and sent lots of recommendations. The car parking was safe and great . Clean and comfortable. We would stay again

The bedroom was very hot at night and air conditioner too noisy to have on but I can’t think of a solution The traffic was nosy but no solution there! Nobodies fault but just the way it is

Clean and well equipped apartment in the very center of Cernobbio

Francesco is one of the best accommodation owners I ever met. While the apartment itself was very clean and had everything you needed (including coffee, tea, oil and a large Christmas present), the owner was always available via WhatsApp and was ready to help in any difficult situation. Thanks to his recommendations, our Lake Como vacation was unforgettable! We will definitely come back again!

Great apartment in great location

The apartment is nicely located and offers everything you need. It is spacious, clean, new and nicely decorated. We stayed there for two nights as a couple with a 2-year-old. Besides a (little old, but working) baby-bed a new high-chair was provided. The kitchen has a dishwasher and all necessary dishes. We even had coffee pads provided for the coffee machine and some sweets for free. The apartment has also a washing machine with wash liquid and so on, but we didn't use it. Restaurants and the port are in walking distance. The hosts provide plenty of information and tips about restaurants and activities etc. That was really nice (we were not so happy with the restaurant Il Pomodorino, but Osteria del Beuc at the lake was great)

Lago Como is not cheap in general, so the good location incl. the free parking (attention: narrow gate) has its price. The arrival was not optimal since we got accidently the wrong pictures and information but in the end all worked out. Certainly the co-host can be a little more cautious about the details. In addition, 16:00 as check-in time seemed also a bit late for an apartment.

The apartment is perfectly located and equipped. But above all, the hospitality, kindness, and responsiveness of our hosts are exemplary. We are so grateful that they offered more than we needed with heartiness, making our stay pleasant and wishing to come back. This is what will do when convenient. They provided also analytical information about the apartment and the area and safe parking.

Very clean, spacious and bright appartment! Beds are comfortable. Everything you need is there, shampoo and coffee for instance. Location is 500 m from the centre, which is perfect!

The location was within walking distance to the ferry. Fantastic. You can also walk along the lake to Como.

I was surprised by the portable air conditioner. When I asked if there was air conditioning and they said yes, I thought it was central air, not portable. However, it worked well and did cool down the room.

Perfect place to enjoy Como

The apartment is very nice, newly decorated and equipped with absolutely everythig needed for a short or longer stay. It is very well positioned, quiet, perfect view of the mountains, luminous and very clean, plus wifi. Parking place provided. Check-in was very smooth. The host was extremely helpful and gave us lots of tips on tourist attraction and places to eat around Como lake.

Magnífico para unos días en Cernobbio

Es como se ve en las fotos. Renovado, amplio, limpio, cómodo. Bonitas vistas a la montaña. El anfitrión accesible y preocupado por tu comodidad. Nos recomendó muchos sitios. La panadería al lado del edificio es espectacular.

Que la calefacción se gestione en remoto, pero Francesco estuvo todo el rato pendiente de que la temperatura estuviera a nuestro gusto.

Heel goed gelegen appartement voor wie vanuit Cernobbio het comomeer wil verkennen

Heel mooi ingericht met oog voor detail. Goeie slaapbank voor de tieners en heel netjes. Op wandelafstand van Cernobbio centrum en ontbijt mogelijkheden in de buurt.

Er was geen centrale airco, maar een mobiele airco. Dit wisten we wel op voorhand. Op zich goed dat die er was, maar een centrale zou misschien beter alles kunnen koelen.

siamo stati veramente bene la doccia molto comoda, la cucina e la nespresso, ascensore comodo per il terzo piano lo consiglio vivamente e poi al piano su strada un bar pasticceria con dei cornetti fenomenali lo consiglio e ci vediamo presto
