The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

The view is like a dream, the flat is modern and nice.

Our experience with the hosts was extremely disappointing. They were difficult to deal with, unaccommodating, and rude. We had agreed in advance on a slightly later check-out, yet while we were still packing, five minutes before the agreed time, the cleaner arrived. We politely asked for an additional ten minutes to finish packing and ensure the place was left in good condition. To our surprise, the hosts began threatening to report us, accusing us of refusing to leave and being uncollaborative. After we checked out, the cleaner seems to have misplaced some items while tidying up and sent photos to the hosts. The hosts then shared those photos, accusing us of being uncivilized leaving the apartment in poor condition, which was entirely untrue. The only thing we had not done was wash a two coffee mugs that left in the sink, otherwise, the place was tidy. It was very upsetting to receive rude and accusatory messages from the hosts over something so minor. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
