The apartment is nicely up hill located at Lake Como. Views during the day and night are phenomenal. The apartment offers to also rent a parking space and we could only highly recommend to do so. Without, we would not know where to leave our vehicle. But be prepared to drive on those very small and narrow Italian access roads. Matteo greeted us at the property and explained all details. Such a nice guy!
Not all the air conditioning was working properly, so only one unit had to cool the entire apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor and on the ground floor lives a huge dog outside. This lovely pet woke us up each morning at 6AM.......

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking and made our experience even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

El lugar es hermoso, con una vista increíble. Cuenta con todas las comodidades y el propietario fue super amable y atento.
Más escaleras de las pensadas. El departamento queda en un segundo piso pero además, para acceder al edificio hay que subir otros dos pisos aproximadamente. Esto es algo a tener en cuenta si los huéspedes son ancianos o cuentan con poca movilidad. Matteo igualmente nos ayudó con las valijas y la vista vale totalmente la pena.
