while the property was clean and conveniently located, it had several downsides. The third bed wasn’t suitable, the room

the place was very clean, and the location was actually quite convenient and easy to access. So while it had its downsides, it did have a good location and cleanliness going for it.

We were really disappointed with the room. The third bed was totally unsuitable even for an adult or a child, and the room looked nothing like the pictures much smaller than we expected for three people. Also, basic amenities were missing, like even toothpaste for the night. Overall, it just didn’t meet our expectations.

Great location! Directly across from the train station, and an enjoyable shopping filled stroll to the main square.

I enjoy the noise of the location (trains, people), but if you’re looking for silence, this is not the place.

Very warm, the AC was probably old and didn't work as it should. The room didn't match the pictures published, definitely a lot of work done on the pictures to make it pop up, very basic otherwise in reality.

Clean apartment with great parking.

The parking was amazing, very safe and comfortable. Close to the centre. Airco was good. Room was very clean and the hallway and entryway looked very good. Chat communication was also nice.

Amazing. clean, new, modern, great facilities (like shower), very spacious, separate bedroom and living space, huge smart tv and sofa, a/c great, multiple coffee capsules, easy check in and check out, clear instruction - overall fabulous stay

Comfortable bed. Quiet building. New installations. We could leave our bags in the lockers before checking in.

Perfect home base from which to explore lake Como!

Spacious for 2 people, really felt like we had our own space. Good value for money. Only just outside old town. Host was very responsive and even provided washing liquid within 5 minutes of me asking if it was possible!

walking distance from como station. property is good with all amenities available. the owner was very kind and helpful, which made our stay even better. Lover everything. The place is so well located that you can walk to the bus station to take the bus which goes to Bellagio. The ferry station which connects with Varenna is also a short walk from the stay and Como rail station is also within walking distance. AC was good and functional. Once again, very kind owner.

The stay went well. The host was very friendly and supportive. Location was very good, reaches the lake in 10-15 min.

The kitchen stove was with gas and out of the three burners only one worked well. So cooking was an issue. The shower cabinet is extremely small - this one is the smallest I have ever experienced. One can not bend forward to take the soap, one can only squat.

Good place to stay for enjoying Como just outsite of the city center

The owner is very friendly and came over to the property to open the gate for the parking. The apartment is in a typical Italian town building and quite spacious for two persons. It was very quiet although it is very close to the city center. Also the Como Borghi train station is about a 10 minute walk. Makes it easy to make a day trip to Milano. On the way to the station you pass a local (indoor) market which is a good place to buy some fresh food.

We found that the bed was too soft for us. We like a bed that has a bit more support. But that is a personal thing. Previously we stayed in rooms where we liked the bed and other guests complained about the bed being to hard. Some knifes had been used for other things than cutting by previous guests. But we only used the kitchen for breakfast so that was ok for us. There are plenty good restaurants in Como

Lovely studio at a great location very close to the centre and lake in Como. The host was very helpful and attentive. We had everything we needed.

The only thing is that the room was a bit cold and I couldn't turn the heating on but that's not a big deal.
