Cute, comfortable apartment with all that you need. Several restaurants nearby. Free parking.

Sometimes building front door slamming shut caused noise in our ground floor apartment. AC a bit noisy.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y está ubicado muy cerca del centro histórico y dispone de parking

Cuando llegue intenté contactar con el alojamiento porque no podía acceder al apartamento ya que las puertas, tanto del acceso al área del portal como el propio portal estaban cerradas y el cajetín con las llaves estaba dentro junto a la puerta del apartamento . Tampoco tenía la clave y no respondían a mi llamada hasta que conseguí contactar por WhatsApp. Tarde una hora en poder entrar y hacía muchísimo calor . Nadie me atendía y tuve que aprovechar la entrada de un vecino para intentar acceder. Por otro lado es un bajo y no me daba seguridad abrir las ventanas porque perdías la privacidad . Las instrucciones para acceder tanto al aparcamiento como al apartamento no estaban nada claras y esto cuando llegas cansado de conducir es un despropósito .

Das Apartment ist groß und es entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist etwas unpraktisch eingerichtet, trotz des vielen Platzes gibt es z.B. keine Kofferablagen und die Falttür zum Bad ist eine Zumutung. Wir hätten auch wegen der guten Lage und des Parkplatzes auf dem Hof dennoch 9 Punkte vergeben.

Die Anmeldeprozedur um in das Apartment zu gelangen ist eine Katastrophe. Über das Unternehmen vikey muss man sich anmelden. Man quält sich durch grottenschlechte Software, von Datenschutz und Kundenfreundlichkeit hat das Unternehmen wohl nie etwas gehört. Hat man es endlich geschafft und den Reservation-Code erhalten, muss man trotzdem über WhatsApp noch um die Zugangsinformationen betteln. Mit der Hilfe von Nachbarn haben wir es geschafft, durch die Außentüren bis zum Schlüsseltresor zu kommen. Darum nur 6 Punkte.
