There was no breakfast provided, even though it was clearly listed in the property description. When I contacted the host about this, they suggested that I leave the accommodation and request a refund through Booking, which I did. I immediately found another place to stay. However, after submitting my refund request, I was informed that the owner refused to approve it, despite the written conversation I shared as proof. The owner has since stopped responding to messages and emails. If the host had not suggested that I change accommodation, there would have been no issue. Instead, I was charged for two nights I did not stay, on top of the cost of the new place I had to book last-minute. Be careful with the host’s promises — even written ones — as they apparently mean nothing.

Due to the unforseen rain, the train from Milan was diverted and we arrived very late in Como

Everything was excellent except the bathroom sink was leaking into the cupboard below. We contacted the host and they responded immediately.

Unforseen heavy rain during the night made the entrance to the property as well as the streets of Como a little flooded but this is no reflection on the accommodation.

Good location. Friendly hosts. Would book again.

Very close to the lake and short walking distance to amenities, like supermarket and coffee shops. Clean and spacious apartment. Lift. Quiet area. Hosts were very helpful, sending us information by whatsapp - with pictures - , on how to access the apartment and tips on how to get around, places to park, recommended near by places to eat and to visit. They were quick to respond when we needed extra help, and friendly. The appartment was well equiped and stocked with essentials, and also with some extras. We were worried when booking the place as there were no reviews on Booking.com yet at that moment, but glad we did it. The only thing missing was an air con or fan, It was really hot and the apartment gets the afternoon sun. However, as we were busy exploring the city, we didn't even bother on asking them for it. Overall, It was a really good stay.

Not easy to find a place to park around. There are a few car parking on the vicinity, but not too many parking bays and depending on the day and time, hard to get one available. That was not a fault on the host though, but a city's issue/too many tourists.

Bardzo miła, pomocna i bezproblemowa obsługa. Spokojne i ciche mieszkanie z udogodnieniami jak w domu.. Dobra lokalizacja.Aż żal, że tylko dwa dni zaplanowaliśmy na Como.

Casa spaziosa, comoda e fresca!

Casa a due passi dal lago, comoda per raggiungere sia il lungo lago che il centro. Casa spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto, abbiamo trovato a disposizione sia frutta fresca che acqua in frigo. Per fare colazione abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente e c'erano anche snack salati che hanno deliziato i miei figli. Inoltre in ogni camera era presente la televisione con Netflix a disposizione. La casa era fresca e ventilata e siamo stati benissimo anche in questa calda giornata di giugno. Proprietari disponibili e gentilissimi che ci hanno aiutato a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Consigliatissimo!
