Great location but rather disappointed
Good location. Easy walk from train station even with luggage. Its on outskirts of the town centre but within easy walking distance. Bus stop is also just outside property. Good restaurants and cafe nearby in via borgo vico
It's described as having 2 bedrooms and a living room when in reality it has one bedroom and another bed and sofa bed in the other room. Sofa bed wasnt comfortable Gaining access wasn't great as had to wait 30 minutes in the sun

It was a pleasant stay.
The kitchen was very good equipped.
Location was a bit far from the center. It was sometimes noisy because of the main road. The windows were not good isolated so the air went through a lot, in October its already cold in the house and the heating doesn't work yet. As a summer house it's good.

Great authentic flat in the very center of Como
Everything is according to photos - the condition of facilities is good, all was clean and you can find whatever daily belongings needed for your routines. Location is especially great as you are located in the center of Como in just 3 minutes from the lake itself. Despite house located near the road all windows are looking on the other side so it’s quite nice and silent in the flat.
The heating is of central type and it’s being turned off in April - when the weather is not good it could be a bit cold so having some electrical heater for such occasions would be nice.

Gospodarz wynajmuje chyba za karę. Na proste pytanie o parking odpowiada że nie pamięta. Na 2 dni dla 5 osób dostaliśmy 1 rolkę papieru:) Prysznic jest zepsuty i nie da się ustawić temperatury wody.

Lindo lugar con bemoles
Un lugar bien ubicado,limpio, organizado. Silvia es una excelente persona, amable, cariñosa y cumplidora. El único defecto: la ducha: muy poca agua y nunca supe como mantenerla fría o caliente.Amen hay todo para limpiar la casa, pero no hay jabón ni shampu.
