Fabulous stay at Benzi, 100% Recommend

We had a superb stay at Benzi Apartments, representative(s) who came to meet us at check in and help us at check out could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Owner communicated very well over WhatsApp and all questions were answered. The apartment is big, clean, spacious, very good storage, excellent shower, comfortable bed. Use of the washing machine, fridge, iron etc.. was super helpful and all maintained in excellent condition. Towels and bedding provided were sufficient and the historic town of Como was a mere 10 minute walk away making our daily jaunts very easy. Quiet family friendly area meant we slept very very well and only 1 small flight of stairs. Very helpful and informative booklet provided.

Nothing as we had a great stay, only the wi-fi was a little spotty but not a major concern.

Great Location!

We had a pleasant experience with the apartment as it was tidy and well-maintained. Additionally, the grocery store was conveniently located nearby. It only took us around 7 minutes to walk to the city center of Como.

The location was really nice - lots of good restaurants nearby, as well as a large supermarket. We also appreciated the bottle of wine.

There was no shampoo/shower gel, so we had to buy some from the store. We were also a bit disappointed that there were no nightstands.

The apartment was spacious, with all the necessary equipment. Close to the old town, with a safe neighborhood. The owners are very nice.

The bed and the pull out sofa was not the most comfortable and was a bit noisy when you turned.

great value for money, staff were very accomodating when our travel plans changed, lovely kitchenette that had all we needed, good fridge, great water pressure, 15 mins walk to main area and across the road from a nice wine bar. the washing machine was a plus.

the air conditioning didn’t work and the wifi password was impossible to read - but the wifi did get fixed up with a message

Exceptional

A nice cozy studio apartment that was really clean with a comfortable bed that pulled down from the wall. Kitchen had the essentials so we could cook a couple of meals and have a coffee before heading out to explore. Near the S. Giovani train station and a 15-20 min walk to the town's attractions.

Would have been nice if there was a full length mirror. The only one is in the bathroom so difficult for two people to get ready at the same time.

Good location, walking distance to town, train station and Lake Como. Owner was very helpful allowing us to check out late.

A great place to stay in Como

Amazing hosts, very good location, clean and comfortable room. In walking distance from both the center of Como and its railway station Como S Giovanni. Also pretty good 24/7 grocery nearby (Carrefour Express). Exceptional place to stay if you want to visit both Lombardia and Ticino. Grazie mille! :)

I'd love to go back!

This apartment was less than a 5 min. walk from the city center and it's easy to get around. A huge supermarket was located 2 min. away and everything was working just perfect. Our hosts Antonietta and Cesare were the most amazing couple to look after us and we will definitely go back and stay with them. The apartment accommodates 4 people without any problem.

the location of the property was perfect and the hosts were really helpful. The property was really comfortable and accommodating..

The only con (nothing major) was the TV that wasn’t a smart one.

Very good

The apartment was very open, shower was good, aircon worked well, the blinds were great! Bed comfy, location (besides finding it) was great, felt safe. Host had even our 2 bottles of beer and water into the fridge for us on arrival :)

Check-in wasn't the easiest process as there is no reception, wasn't easy to find either had to call the number too - the lady who came was very friendly but we had basic Italian and she has basic English so wasn't the easiest - but absolutely not a complaint overall still great

The hair dryer only works cold. Not very efficient. The pillows are way too big and hard to sleep on.

Great hosts, great location and it had everything you need. Nicely branded towels and sheets too. Complementary prosecco from the region. Very good choice staying here.

The only thing I would change is the mattress. It could be firmer but everything else is great.

A very nice apartment close to St Giovanni Central Station and the old city. A huge supermarket is 5 min walk. The apartment was clean, light and airy, well-equipped. Check-in and check-out, as well as the communication throughout the stay, were very easy.

L appartamento era pulito e vicino al supermercato. Aveva tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Era molto silenzioso e tranquillo. Si arriva al lago e ai battelli con una breve passeggiata.L host è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Mi sono trovata benissimo.

Ottima posizione (a 10 minuti dal lago), appartamento molto grande e comodo (eravamo in 4), accessoriato (grande cucina con tutto il necessario). All'arrivo abbiamo anche trovato due bottiglie di acqua e una bottiglia di spumante in frigo. Molto cordiali gli host che ci hanno anche concesso il posto auto. Non potevamo avere di più. Consigliato
