Consigliatissimo!

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento spazioso e confortevole, con tutti gli accessori necessari. Arredato con gusto. La proprietaria gentilissima e super-disponibile. Perfetta la location a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro.

Erinomainen majoitus

Sijainti oli täydellinen. Asunto on sopivan kävelymatkan päässä kaupoista, ravintoloista ja satamasta. Huoneisto oli siisti ja tilava. Kaikki sujui hyvin ja majoittaja Mariagiovanna oli mukava ja avulias sekä yhteydenpito oli helppoa. Talon eteen sai helposti parkkeerattua ilmaiseksi parkkiluvalla. Kaikin puolin erinomainen majoituskohde.

Todo perfecto

Un apartamento que tiene todas las comodidades, limpio, agradable y cerca del centro (10min del Duomo andando). Mariagiovanna, la anfitriona, fue muy atenta y amable, nos ofreció hacer el check in con anterioridad y el check out con posterioridad. Si volviésemos a Como repetiríamos en el alojamiento.

Top pour visiter Côme en quelques jours

L’appartement est à l’extérieur du centre-ville, mais accessible hyper rapidement à pied. C’est vraiment pratique d’avoir du stationnement gratuit juste devant. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Parfait pour visiter le lac de Côme !

La douche est très très étroite.

Mooi groot appartement! Verhuurder is super vriendelijk en heel erg behulpzaam! Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur, hier help verhuurder goed bij! Bank kan ook als slaapbank gebruikt worden waardoor je een extra bed kan creëren. Je loopt binnen 10 minuten naar het centrum van como.

Jammer dat er geen buiten is waar je even kan zitten wanneer het mooi weer is.

Gute Lage

Gute Lage, wir konnten alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, wir haben alles Benötigte gefunden. Es gibt Kaffeekapseln für die Maschine. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vor der Tür parken. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Geweldige en behulpzame host, dicht bij het centrum, comfortabel appartement

Bijzonder vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Hele goede locatie dicht bij centrum. Goed ingericht. Er was zelfs olie, azijn, koffie, koekjes, jam etc etc voor ons.

Soggiorno a Como e sentirsi come a casa!

L’host Mariahiovanna è stata estremamente cortese e puntuale nelle informazioni che ci ha fornito. L’appartamento è situato a due passi dal centro e dai principali servizi. Disponibile anche di un parcheggio condominiale non prenotabile (se non si trova posto ci sono diversi parcheggi a pagamento nelle estreme vicinanze, anche se nel nostro caso abbiamo sempre trovato posto). La struttura era molto pulita e Mariagiovanna ci ha fatto trovare anche il necessario per una piccola colazione. Assolutamente consigliato! Ci ritorneremo se avremo occasione

Locatie is super, in minder dan 5 min in het stadscentrum te voet! Appartement is ruimer dan verwacht. Alles heel schoon. Prima communicatie met eigenaar.

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, közel a városközponthoz, a tópart sétatávolságra van. Jól felszerelt, tiszta, tágas és kényelmes. Mariagiovanna nagyon kedves és vendégszerető volt, ajánlásokat is kaptunk a látnivalók, boltok, éttermek kapcsán. Bátran ajánlom mindenkinek!

Nem a szállásadó hibája, de a szoba gyakran zajos volt a szomszédok és az utcai közlekedés miatt, a hangszigetelés nem a legjobb.

Maria muy buena anfitriona!!! Súper amable. Cocina completa. Café, té, leche, galletitas y tostadas para un rico desayuno. Condimentos para alguna comida. Depto. limpio, prolijo, luminoso, amplio y cómodo. Excelente ubicación!

Proximité avec le centre de Côme et du Lac. Appartement très fonctionnel. Hôte très gentille et petites attentions pour le petit déjeuner mis à disposition (café, thé, gâteaux divers) Place de parking gratuite uniquement pour l’appartement disponible surtout le soir en fin de journée

Très bel accueil par Maria-Giovanna, appartement propre, fonctionnel et spacieux, bon quartier central entre la gare et le centre, conseils précieux pour les restos, glace, pâtisserie et visites... très très chouette...
