Expectation was not fulfilled.

Location was just perfect. Showers were good.

It was not ground floor as suggested. The air-conditioning was only in one bedroom and very noisy. No dish cloths. Television did not work. Bedroom door did not close properly. En-suite shower very narrow to turn around in.

Nice apartment, good location, but.....

The lady who came to greet us was very pleasant, helpful, and courteous. She greeted us and showed us how to use the keys and showed us the facilities in the apartment.. She was extremely helpful with recommending restaurants. The apartment was very clean. The location was very good. Close to good restaurants, shops and bars. It was only a 5 minute walk to the lake.

When we arrived, the courtyard was not pleasant to look at, and our first impression was not good. The apartment itself was up 4 flights of stone stairs, which was not easy to carry up our luggage. Thankfully, the lady who greeted us was very kind and helped us with our luggage. The air conditioning was too noisy, so we had to switch this off whilst we slept. This made the room hot and uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Noise from the above apartment (music) woke us every morning.

Location Only

Bed Mattress unacceptable standard as it was like laying on springs. The hot water if you nocked it while washing yourself as its so small it would burn you if your not careful. The window has to remain open for Air Conditioner to work with hose out the window attracting all the street noise and cannot get any sleep especially the dogs barking all night including the the unit below us dogs barking. Over 35 steps of twist an turns to get your luggage up to the room with no help. My Cousin John Russo & his partner were going to drive to see relatives but could not sleep & moved out and booked another hotel Marosticana 008 Booking Ref.2326107102 with bookings .com.

Great location, nice flat, everything you needed close, like supermarket, bakery and more and short distance to the center and to the lake. Host very helpful when checking in.

I have some complaints, some of them I tried to send to the host during the stay but did never get a reply: 1) Air conditioning only working in 1 room 2) We needed electricity adapter for air conditioner, coffee machine and other household items but there were only 1 adapter in the place, so you if we were making coffee we had to turn off the air c. 3)Cooking not possible, the stove never got hot 4)Very poor of kitchen supplies like glasses, dishes and so, we had to buy us vine-glasses (but there were plenty of pots and pans for not working stove) 5)There was no lift, and it is on 2nd floor, manageable but difficult with the suitcases

Great location, clean, comfortable updated and spacious

The location was great! Clean, comfortable space. Good wifi, good appliances. All streamlined and user friendly. There were only 3 of us so we had a lot of space (the value would be better across a larger group but it was nice to spread out for a couple nights!). The host was very communicative and helpful. There was coffee :) always a plus. The host also helped arrange a private transfer to MXP on our way out which we really appreciated. Thank you!

The only thing I would say is that it might be more convenient to check-in closer to the location of the apartment. We disembarked the main ferry (not the rapid boat), walked to the check in off and ended up backtracking most of the way to get to the apartment. It’s not far, but if you have luggage and/or anyone in your group that’s not up for retracing steps (especially when warmer out) it might be seen as a little roundabout/redundant. The woman at the check-in office was very kind and helped arrange a taxi for my parents. Thank you!

It was a very clean and modern property. everything was working and no problems with access to the property.

although the location was central, the property was in a very very noisy area. this wouldn’t be a problem if we could keep the windows shut but there was no AC throughout the apartment so it got extremely hot and we had to keep the windows open throughout the night.

Como was great but this unit isn't.

Great location and big space.

I forgot to add my children to the reservation and was charged an extra 180e for a set of towels and sheets. I was told I would not have access to the second room without the extra pay. Host was not at all friendly. Took hours and multiple requests just to get the wifi password, which didn't work the last 2 days. There is one AC machine but it was very inadequate in warmer weather. AC required an open window and the dog below barks all night.

Apartment in quite a noisy location. it has double glazed windows however when they are closed there is only one portable air conditioner unit which is too noisy to keep on while sleeping. Kitchen should be better stocked (would have appreciated some tea, coffee, salt and pepper etc.).

Spaciuos apartment in great location

First of all the apartment is really spacious with two huge bedrooms, nice bathrooms and a comfortable living room with a kitchen. When we arrive (November) the radiators were turned on so there was a very nice temperature in the apartment. In the kitchen, there are many supplies but it would be perfect if there were also some sugar. We slept very well and on a Saturday night in the place downstairs played so lovely music we even left the windows open to listen. Checkin was very easy as we did it online so we recommend doing it this way. The location is absolutely fantastic, in the heart of the old town, just a few minutes from the lake and with great bars and restaurants around.

We stay for a weekend and it was just as loud as you can expect from the narrow, crowded street in the middle of the old town, so nothing that surprise or bother us. The building is old and the ceiling is wooden so you hear many noises from upstairs.

Les visites des villages du lac de Côme sont très intéressantes

L'appartement est grand, bien meublé, bien situé, lumineux, très agréable.

Récupérer les clefs n'est pas très simples, le protocole est compliqué. Des voisins de l'étage supérieur sont arrivés tard samedi soir, ils ont été très bruyants jusque 2 heures du matin. Il manque un égouttoir pour laver la vaisselle.

Die Wohnung war so teuer wie ein Hotelzimmer, spontane Mitreise einer weiteren Person musste mit über 100 EUR für drei Übernachtungen extra gezahlt werden, obwohl die Wohnung als ganzes gebucht wurde. Aber dann keine extra Handtücher vorhanden. Keine Infos zu ÖPNV der sonstigen Unternehmungen - das geht deutlich besser. Irreführung bei der Suche nach dem Schlüssel.
