Wonderful hosts, amazing view from balcony and a comfortable stay!!!!

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Lake Como! It is a short walk to the ferries and a walk or bus ride from the train station. The home was very comfortable with all amenities and a laundry which came in very handy! The view from the balcony was amazing, so amazing that I could have spent the entire time just sitting on the balcony and taking in the view!!! The hosts were also very helpful and Tommaso was there waiting for us with the keys when we arrived! I would highly recommend staying at Casa Di Mamma Anna and I hope to be back one day!!!

The host was very kind, helpful and with great advice on what to do and where to eat in Como. The flat was clean, beautiful, well equipped and comfortable. Lovely place.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, geräumig und sauber. Es gibt Kaffeekapseln und viele Badetücher. Der sechste Stock ist gut mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es viele Cafés und kleine Supermärkte der Ausblick vom Balkon aus ist wunderschön! Die Eigentümerin ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Opción muy buena para visitar Como en familia

Alojamiento amplio y muy bien equipado. No faltaba de nada para sentirte como en casa.Las camas eran muy cómodas y no le faltaba un detalle. La ubicación estaba a un paso del centro. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos dio muchas facilidades así como información de los sitios a visitar.

On n'a pas envie de partir

Tout, absolument tout, était parfait de l'accueil au départ. Bien situé pour un accès facile à pied depuis la gare Como lago, l'appartement est vaste, propre, bien équipé et sa vue sur les montagnes depuis le balcon me manque. La clim était aussi un gros plus pendant les grosses chaleurs. La remise des clés s'est faite en mains propres avec toutes les indications nécessaires pour le séjour et un vrai contact en cas de besoin. Un accueil très agréable et ça devient rare.

L’appartement est climatisé, c’est quand même un gros plus en Italie l’été. Très fonctionnel, petite cuisine bien équipée. Sylvia nous a laissé des capsules de café et nous a donné de très bonnes recommandations!

Die Lage ist gut.Die Verständigung war in Englisch.Die Betten sehr bequem.Bekamen für 20 Euro eine Garage angeboten. Vermieterin war immer kurzfristig erreichbar

2 mal war in der Nachbarschaft Party bis spät in die Nacht (nicht im Haus)

La posizione era perfetta perchè eravamo a 5 minuti a piedi dal duomo di como, Silvia è stata gentilissima e l'appartamento era veramente pulito ed attrezzato per colazione pranzo e cena. I letti erano molto comodi e la dotazione prevista era perfetta. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole andare a fare una vacanza a como.

Zentrumsnah und großzügig

Die großzügige Wohnung ist bestens ausgerüstet, in der Küche fehlt nichts, das Bad ist in bestem Zustand und das große Schlafzimmer ist mit einem großen sehr bequemen Bett bestückt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, ruhig und trotzdem direkt bei der Altstadt.

Ein Aufzug führt zur Wohnung im 6. Stock, wenn man Probleme mit Aufzügen hat, sind die Treppen sportlich....Parken in unmittelbarer Nähe ist relativ teuer, aber man findet auch wenige kostenfreie Parkplätze in 10 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß
