Best stay for in Como!

I don’t even know where to start, this was the best place I’ve ever stayed in! Stefano and Stefania are incredibile hosts! They helped us a lot with the information before our arrival and they left us a welcome drink! The apartment has everything you need for a perfect vacation. You can tell that they put their soul there and did everything for the comfort of their guests. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Como and recommend it to all my friends!

Lovely stay at Casina!

It was very neat/tidy, Stefano and Stefania were very good at responding to messages and made sure we were okay. The flat is close to amenities and easy walk to bus stop. Also 7mins walk from train station. Very good.

The downside is the lack of lift in the apartment building which may not help if you have a v we y heavy luggage. That did not pose a problem for us to be honest...aside from that, all good for sure. Value for money etc..

A pleasant appartment not far from the city center.

Generally it was very positive stay. Appartment is situated nearby the train station (about 11 min. on foot). Kitchen very well equiped besides only one glass for the red wine ;) Clean enough and warm in the winter. Neigbours very silent. Fridge and freezer works well and are clean. Very friendly owners - though never seen them. Keys easy to get. Could go back to the same place without any problem. Not far from the city center.

Problem with parking - we got even a penalty, though everybody parked there! 50% chance on finding it nearby the appartment. Also not easy without the lift especially when you do each day 13 km on foot. In my opinion price is a bit too high but still affordable.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, equipped with everything. There was chilled champagne in the fridge. Communication with the host is perfect, very responsive and very attentive and helpful.

Pleasant

Hosts were helpful every time we contacted them. The apartment is close to bus stop and train station is away by 10mins on foot. Place was clean.

The bedroom does not have an AC, there is one in the living room only and is not enough to cool the whole place especially in high temperatures. However, the hosts offered a portable AC. Also, the lights went out a couple of times due to an overload even if we had only a couple of appliances on. Issue was solved by putting on the main switch again. Hosts immediately helped us out.

Good value for money, easily accessible from the highway, clean and great hosts

The apartment is located in a less busy part of Como, 10 mins away from the highway, easily reachable from both directions> CH or Milan/IT. Super easy access to the key and then to the apartment due to a lock box being used. Como center of town is 10-15 mins away by car, depending on traffic. We had a lot of good meals in one of the few big restaurants which are very close by. There is also a very big supermarket close by so you can stock up of a lot of things. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and easily accessible. Parking is available close to the apartment, we didn't have significant issues in finding a spot, regardless of the time. All in all, highly recommended to people who want to see the Como surroundings. There is no elevator though and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so take that into account if you have small children or mobility issues.

A nice cosy apartment, nearby is the train station and it was easy to visit Como Lago, Lugano, Milano and Malpensa. A good value for money. Stefania and Stefano are really nice hosts!

Tout était parfait, grand appartement, confortable, facile d'accès. On a trouvé facilement du parking, peut-être plus difficile à certaines heures. On n'a pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer nos hôtes, mais les contacts par whats'app pour toutes sortes de questions ont été très bons, très réactifs et très utiles.
