Tout était impeccable et conforme à la description. Des petites attentions jalonnent l'appartement : café, biscottes, confiture, chaussons... L'appartement est calme et on y dort bien. L'hôte est réactif. On peut se garer dans la rue et un arrêt de bus se trouve juste en face pour rejoindre Come centre très facilement et rapidement.

Niczego w apartamencie nie brakowało, bardzo dobre wyposażenie (sprzęty kuchenne i łazienkowe), czysto i schludnie, klimatyzacja bez żadnych problemów, uprzejma i pomocna obsługa (stały kontakt i pomoc na miejscu), łatwy dostęp, wyremontowana łazienka i sypialnia, parę kroków do przystanku autobusowego, z którego można wszędzie się dostać, w pobliżu kilka sklepów spożywczych i pizzeria

Jedyny minus jaki odczuliśmy w trakcie pobytu-wyleżana już rozkładana sofa w salonie, dość niewygodna na dłuższy pobyt dla liczby osób powyżej 2 dorosłych

This was on a bus route for Como City. Good shower / water pressure. The air con in the main bedroom was good. Water in the fridge and freezer was much appreciated. Snack basket , tea and coffee pods were a great touch.

The mattress in the bedroom was very uncomfortable, like a rock. The sofa / Sofa bed felt unclean and not very comfortable. The shower door slid off the runner, which I managed to rescue and reattach mid shower. It was clean but felt unkept. I had to reach out to the owner 30 mins before check in to get the details of how to access the building, which isn't something you should be worrying about when you have booked somewhere. Didn't return my booking.com message. I had to search for the contact number to WhatsApp them. Yet when the owner wanted the payment for the tourist tax, they were very demanding and quite rude when I queried the rate Vs other stays in Italy. Even threatened me with the Police! Just came across as very rude. Whilst it states a balcony overlooking a courtyard, it's very dark and not a nice view. The heating from the Aircon unit made it impossible to use. Do factor in the costs of either bus or taxi to and from the city everyday as this adds up.
