Lovely stay in a confortable apartment close to Como center

Staff was very nice, everything was clean and very well equipped. Close to the city center and to supermarket. Very confortable. It has a parking. Despite being close to the road, the isolation was very good so we bearly heard the noise

I loved that the apartment was spacious and comfortable.

The location is close to Como city center, but unfortunately it’s on a main road, which is very noisy throughout the day. Also, accessing the building by car is a bit dangerous since it’s directly on the main street.

Excellent

Beautiful and well organized apartment. Elena was helpful from the beginning, we had another lady that welcomed us, gave us tips on the buses, trains, and how to get by. The apartment was very clean, with new towels, full kitchen with dishwasher and private parking.

No smart TV 🥲. Asides that, everything was good. A solid 9/10

Comfortable apartment in Como with good connections

The space was specious. Check-in was easy. Kitchen was comprehensive.

We stayed in Apartment Bellagio, which was on 2nd floor, without any elevator. Carrying heavy luggage was challenging in narrow stairs.

The host was very friendly, she wrote us ahead of time and explained to us how to get to the apartment, gave us the code for the main gate, entrance to the building and access to the apartment. No key needed, we found this very easy to use. The furniture is new and well maintained, the entire apartment is very clean, there is a dishwasher, clean towels, clean sheets, soap, everything that a regular house has inside. We had a very good time there and we plan to go back.

The only minus is the noise that came from the street, as the building is facing a main street and cars are restless day and night, but this is only my problem, not necessarily a minus for the building itself.

Was a group of 9 so i booked 2 apartments that were both wonderful: modern, clean and complete of every amenity you would need. The location and price are great, especially since it comes with a private parking and it's one less thing you have to worry about. Big thank you to the lady at the reception that was really kind, informative and always available to help. Definitely recommend for a stay in Como.

The apartment was very clean and we loved the decoration. The host received us upon our arrival to give us the door code and suggestions for our time in Como, the communication was great! There are supermarkets and bars nearby and the bus take you to Como Center in 10 mins.

Superb

Very clean, spacious, cleverly made, easy to use. Located just 7-8 mins from the center (by car) it was really a great choice. You have your own park spot, and the host is extremely hospitable.

The street it is located on is really busy, high traffic and a lot of noise. Also neighborhood does not seem very friendly, apart from the nice apartment you inhabit.
