Property seems to be brand new or at least it’s maintained like that. Everything is spotless and clean. Very systematic and maintained. Elena is just too sweet a human being, very helpful very accommodating. Will definitely come back here. Thanks so very much

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und komfortabel und extrem gut ausgestattet. Elena ist super freundlich und extrem hilfreich also alles in allem 10 von 10 Punkten . Auch die Lage ist super 10 min zu Fuss ins Zentrum . Und es hat sogar ein Parkplatz der einbegriffen und sehr sicher ist .

TV Sender könnten etwas vielfältiger sein aber das ist winzig kleiner Punkt .

Excellent hostess

Large one bedroom apartment which also fitted in our son and his partner on a sofa bed in lounge for three nights of our ten day stay with ease. Ten minutes easy walk to old town and a fantastic patisserie at the end of the street across the road from a larger Carrefours supermarket. Buses at end of street we used to get to Como San Giovanni train station with our cases. Very secure building and air conditioning in current Italian heatwave was so good, plus able to wash clothes. Elena who manages the property was a delight to deal with, she clearly enjoys her role and is a great ambassador for Como and the towns on the lake. She gave us heaps of information on what to see and do, places to eat, bus and ferry timetables and so much more. One suggestion she had was taking the furnicular up to Brunate, which gives you a great view of Lake Como. The four of us went up one night to watch the sunset and then went back again the night after to have dinner and watch the sunset again. Meal was excellent and it gave us all a memory to treasure.
