L’emplacement et le quartier parfait. Le contact rapide et sérieux avec le propriétaire.
Des soucis avec l’eau chaude de la douche. La poignée intérieure de la porte d’entrée doit être changé. La climatisation n’est pas du tout suffisante pour la surface de l’appartement.

Квартира в пешей доступности от центра города. Очень просторная, интересная планировка. Огромная ванная комната с окном, есть стиральная машина, утюг, биде. Полностью оборудованная кухня, есть абсолютно всё, даже кофемашина. Кровать удобная. Много источников света. Хозяин был готов ответить на все вопросы и очень заботился о нашем комфорте. Если планируете отпуск на озере Комо, не живите в Милане. Лучше в Комо. Город тише, нет суеты и шума, очень комфортно.
Кондиционер сильно тарахтел и мало что давал при жаре +33. Если его выключить, становилось сразу очень жарко, так как у дома раскалены стены. Окна не имеют шумоизоляцию, слышно все с улицы. Ручка у входной двери была сломана, когда мы пытались закрыть дверь при заселении.
