Modern, clean and cozy appartement.
The appartement is next to a busy and loud road and railroad. Soundproofing is non existing so you wake up at night from the loud engine noise from motorcycles and cars that are racing up and down the street. The parking space is very, very small and fits barely a mid-size vehicle.
