A Hidden Gem near Lake Como

This is basically a hidden gem. It is newly built so everything feels new and clean and perfect. the location is great very near to Como and Milan. The internet was great and we loved everything about it. We order pizza from the restaurant and it was really great.

Appartamenti nuovi e funzionali con tutto ciò che serve,( lavatrice lavastoviglie aria condizionata)nella stessa proprietà c'è anche il ristorante. Ampio recintato e videosorvegliato. Zona a circa 20 minuti di macchina dal centro di como ma in piena tranquillità.

Super rapport qualité prix, nous sommes restés qu une nuit car de passage mais il y a un resto juste à côté, quelques magasins, salon thé pas loin . Tout était parfait et propre. Petit info le Check in se fait a la réception du resto

Ein modernes Appartement-Haus mit toller Ausstattung in relativer Nähe zum Como See

Eine neues Appartement-Haus mit moderner Einrichtung und allem was man benötigt. Es ist sehr sauber. Es gibt viele Parkplätze und in der Nacht sind die Parkplätze durch ein Tor gesichert. Das WLAN ist schnell. Das Appartement gehört zum dahinterliegenden Ristorante Da Rosa. Wenn man dies im Navi eingibt, findet man es auch besser. Einfach im Restaurant melden, die geben einem die Codes (Außer Sonntags, dann ist geschlossen). Das Restaurant bietet noble und einfache Küche, auch zum Mitnehmen.

Alles super, es wäre nur einfacher gewesen, wenn man direkt gewusst hätte, dass man sich beim Ristorante Da Rosa melden muss. Dann wäre es schneller gegangen, aber nicht wirklich schlimm.

Supersauber und chic, relativ nah an Como. Sehr gut ausgestattet, man kann sich wunderbar etwas kochen.

Nichts. Leider hatten fast alle Restaurants oder Bars geschlossen, Taxi haben wir nicht bekommen. Haben dann eine gute Pizza im Restaurant da Rosa , das irgendwie dazugehört, bestellt.

Appartamenti molto belli, nuovi, nulla da dire anche sulla pulizia.

Poca assistenza e scortesia verso la clientela. In camera la macchinetta del caffè era sporca con capsule consumate all'interno e solo n. 2 capsule da poter usufruire, ma non c'erano ne bicchieri e né "due" bustine di zucchero. Chiedo alla reception di fornirmeli e mi viene risposto molto scortesemente di usare i bicchieri di vetro presenti mentre per le bustine avrei dovute acquistarle presso un supermercato perché loro a volte li mettevano ma i clienti non li volevano. Ma vi sembra una una risposta da dare???? A quel punto dopo pochi minuti, forse facendo mente locale della risposta poco felice fornitami, mi invitavano a consumare un caffè presso il loro ristorante ovviamente ho declinato l'invito.
