The room was right in the centre of the city. Large apartment for a family of 5. It was air-conditioned so very comfortable in the warm weather. They looked after our bags after checkout so we could keep exploring Como.

The pull out sofa bed had stains on it.

Amazing location right in the heart of Como. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to get to. Less than 15 minute walk from the train station, which was very convenient for us.

It was very spacious and clean, we were a group of 7 girls and it was just perfectly fine! The host was very friendly and helped with all questions. We were happy to be here and I hope we will come back someday!

Very good and extremely clean apartment in the centre of como

The apartment was right in the centre, spotlessly clean and very comfortable for our family of three. It could easily fit 8 people in my opinion. The instruction for key is very clear and easy to follow. I was very surprised by how clean the bathrooms were! Both fitted with white units and tiles, and very very clean. Hot water with good pressure in the shower.

Nothing really, if I wanted to be picky, there was no iron and ironing board but I brought a travel iron anyway so it wasn't an issue. Would be better with a proper iron though.

Lappart est bien mais le chauffage marchait pas correctement donc il faisait froid.

L’emplacement, et assez propre

Problème de chauffage l’hiver, il y a que à l’étage où ça marchait. Il n’y a pas assez d’outils dans la cuisine. Un des lit avait une latte cassée.

Emplacement géographique au top en plein centre historique de la ville. Logement propre et bien équipé.

Le stationnement quand on vient en voiture… il y a des parkings gratuits mais il faut marcher un peu pour rentrer au logement avec les valises !

Месторасположение отличное . Рядом супермаркеты, аптеки, жд станции в пешей доступности . До центрального ж/д всего лишь 8 минут пешком . До самого озера также. Персонал очень приветливый . Нам разрешили выехать с номера на 1,5 часа позже . Это было очень мило с их стороны. В квартире есть все необходимо для жизни . Очень комфортно и крепко спали все , а это о многом говорит . Инструкция как попасть в апартаменты тоже доступна и ясна. Мы остались довольны и готовы вернуться сюда снова . Было несколько вопросов касаемо wi-fi, но нам быстро ответили и помогли .

Appart'hotel très confortable et bien placé.

Appartement très bien placé, confortable et au calme. Nous étions 2 couples et avions chacun notre chambre avec notre salle de bains. C'était très propre et le linge de bain et de lit suffisant. Pour se garer, il y a le parking payant (assez cher: 36,50 € les 24h) à 100m de l'appartement.

Il manque un peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine.
