The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was by far the worst I have ever encountered. There is absolutely no staff on-site and no one available to assist you. After booking and paying in full, I was bombarded with countless messages demanding an excessive amount of personal information. I had to complete lengthy forms for every guest, upload identification documents, and even provide a selfie while holding my passport. It honestly felt like I was working for them rather than being their guest. The process was invasive, unreasonable, and completely disproportionate for a short apartment stay. Be prepared to spend at least an hour—if not longer—completing their endless verification requirements after making your reservation. If you fail to do so, you risk arriving at the property without being able to access your apartment. It’s a real shame because the apartment itself is very good. However, the stressful and overly complicated check-in process completely overshadowed the experience. I travel frequently and have never encountered anything this excessive. It has genuinely made me reconsider booking apartments instead of hotels in the future.

Trovata piccola pecca in uno dei due bagni. Il reggi doccino era rotto e camuffato appoggiando il doccino. Mi è caduto su un piede e poteva sembrare rotto da noi. Và sostituito prima che arrivi altro ospite. materassi forse troppo morbidi, ma è questione di abitudine....

Dodatkowo obiekt poinformował o konieczności opłaty podatku lokalnego po przyjeździe. Obiekt NIE POINFORMOWAŁ o dużej opłacie za sprzątanie - ponad 40 euro! Od tej opłaty uzależnił możliwość uzyskania wskazówek do zameldowania się. Bardzo przykra sprawa.
