Location was perfect .. the bedroom,bathroom. Set up was perfect.

Excellent location and great for families to have their own space.

We chose this apartment for 3 nights in Como. The location is excellent; close to shopping, dining, transportation, and the lake. We needed three bedrooms since we were traveling with our adult daughter and her husband, and our 13-year old son. The accommodations were excellent and clean with large beds and two full bathrooms.

Showers were a little small, but serviceable. Dish towels and paper towels in the kitchen would have been very helpful.

Calm and comfortable apartment in the heart of Como

The apartment is very central, calm, clean and comfortable for a group of 7. Having 2 levels and 2 bathrooms allowed the teenagers to have their own space upstairs. Wendy from the agency was very kind and available at all times. She went out of her way to help, checking in regularly and providing useful advice on parking and accessing a doctor when one of our party needed it.

There are quite a few stairs to access the apartment, which can be tricky if you have a lot of luggage and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The dining area was a bit of a squeeze for 7 people and we had to take care not to bang our head on the stairs. We had trouble with the instructions in Italian for the washer/dryer but ultimately worked it out. Overall, these were minor issues compared to the benefits of this great apartment.

Very central and very clean and tidy.

The house is spacious and it had everything we needed.

The stairs were incredible. We had a lot of bags so it was tough. Also, I tried calling the property many times and they did not answer when I was checking in because the Taxi had trouble finding it. So they were not responsive. Also, we asked for a check out at 11am instead of 10am and they told us they can’t do that because they have to clean before the next guest, YET the cleaner got there at 10:55am! (We were having breakfast at the cafe right in front of the building). Also, we would like a box of tissues somewhere in the apartment next time. Also, the AC is only in one room, not all three.

the apartment was exactly as described and lovely and bright and clean. it was perfect for a family group. There was a great pizza bar directly across from the apartment door!

We had a few issues with broken shower and air con but the apartment manager was very attentive and had it fixed straight away so it really wasn’t a problem. there are two flights of stairs to access apartment (fine for us but might not be great for everyone)

Good

The location was very good, right in the old town and it had nice caffees and bakeries around and it was a 5 minute walk from the lake. The key box was very practical, very smooth process. The apartment was very clean

There was a bad smell coming from both bathrooms, almost unbearable. When we asked, we were told it's the sewage in Como when it rains. There were no kitchen towels. Some mold in the bathrooms that should be taken care of. We had to pay 45€ for a baby bed, which was a bit unusual. We travel a lot, and we were never asked to pay for a baby bed. The bed had towels instead of a mattress, which was odd, and when we asked about this, we were told that no one had complained about this before. Only one set of keys so be weary of that if you are a few people who want to do different things. The person we were communicating with wasn't the friendliest and started writing in Italian when we asked about the baby bed, and when we said we don't speak Italian, she wrote "google it".

Nice apartment overall, great location, needs some attention to minor issues.

The apartment was roomy, with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen appliances (Stove, Refrigerator) were in very good condition, as was the washing machine. The apartment was in an excellent location, conveniently located about 5 minute walk to the Lake, and in the center of town.

We had a problem with the hot water and it made it tough to give this place a higher rating. The hot water was resolved after the first night. If you rent this apartment, be aware that there is a normal (UNMARKED) light switch on the kitchen wall that turns the hot water heater ON or OFF. I think we accidentally hit that switch to the off position, not realizing that it controlled the hot water heater. Having an UNMARKED light switch controlling the hot water heater is really bad idea. In any case, the managers (Wendy and Eva) met me at the apartment the next day and corrected the problem. Surprisingly, they did not have an extra set of keys, so it was a hassle arranging our schedule to meet them at the apartment while we busy during the day. If they had an extra set of keys this would have gone better. Wendy was very nice and helpful overall, but the hot water issue put a damper on the stay. Two other minor things: The downstairs bathroom had some mold around the sink (not terrible, but should be addressed), and the area rug needs to be cleaned - had a bunch of spots. I knew from reading other reviews that there were two flights of stairs to get to the apartment and no elevator, so be aware if you have a lot of luggage or have some physical limitations.

Location was amazing. Overall, the apartment was very clean. Host was very responsive and made entire rental experience smooth and easy.

Perfect location in Como.

Immaculate apartment in the center of Como. Terrific restaurants and shopping immediately outside the front door. Just a minute to stroll to the waterfront for sunset and gelato. The cathedral spires are visible from the room’s skylight. Comfortably slept our family of 6.

The heart of Como is a driving/parking restricted zone. The property managers (available by phone) offered validation for driving there for luggage drop, but the pedestrian traffic and narrow streets make that unwise. It’s better to park on the streets to the west, where the meters are cheap and you can park overnight without issue - the walk is a few easy blocks.

Lovely stay at this property and fabulous location. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely people to deal with and the property was just as the pictures and perfect for our group of 5. The air conditioning is great and all of the facilities. It is across the road from an amazing bakery and the location is absolutely perfect for getting everywhere - right in the thick of things. It doesn't have a carpark, but parking is very easy at the metres close by and you can bring the car very close to the apartment to offload and load bags. All around this was an amazing stay and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a bit of hassle in the beginning getting the key and the SLAK access code was promised but never came - until one night we were locked out as the lock box had jammed and we finally had it sent through after a lot of hassle trying to get hold of someone to come and let us in.. The shower drain also get blocked so hopefully they resolve this as it floods. Lovely people to deal with though.

Nice apartment and good location but complicated entering and exiting process.

We liked the location.

Getting into the apartment was complicated. We had to use an app to open three different doors each time to enter and exit. At arrival it wasn’t indicated where the apartment is located. I had to call the contact person. She sent photos so we could find it. The third night we couldn’t enter the apartment because the app didn’t work. (Access was denied) We had to call the contact person. The keys were in a safe box at the main entrance. After we got the code we could use the keys to enter. Altogether not a good experience.

Great location, pretty decent apartment, the property owner was very responsive on whatsapp to provide instructions. Parking was Provided in a nearby garage for 20 euros a day extra. There is the opportunity to improve the key handling and checkout instructions. Adding some water and soup at least enough for the first day is also very welcomed.

Superb

Very nice location. There is a bakery for an Italian breakfast just opposite the house. Very calm and stylish renovated apartment. The office is just around the corner. The staff is very friendly. The shower was also very nice with 4 different shower options.

On-site we could not reach anyone via the emergency number. But finally could set-up a local internet connection, and got the information via WhatsApp. For all future bookers: make sure you have an internet connection in order to get the code for the lock.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente e ben progettato. Gli spazi e gli arredi molto curati.

Purtroppo arrivare non è stato semplice con valigie e caldo. Per raggiungere l’appartamento bisogna salire 2 rampe di scale molto ripide e la sera la luce sull’ultima rampa si spegneva rendendo un po’ pericoloso la salita. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto utilizzare il piano cottura e l’aria condizionata non rinfrescava a sufficienza soprattutto nella stanza al 1* piano. Dopo vari tentativi abbiamo rinunciato ad usare il piano cottura, anche se segnalato il problema, avremmo potuto ottenere assistenza. Avevamo pochi giorni e poco tempo a disposizione per sprecarlo in questo senso. Sicuramente in confronto alla cifra spesa per 4 giorni, (€1680 in 6), la delusione è stata tanta…
