Great location and facilities, but it was actually TWO apartments, not one.

We had a great stay at the apartment, location is fabulous and it’s super comfortable. The staff at the Sheraton were brilliant (especially Laura) when we had problems on the first day (these were swiftly sorted). Using the lovely pool and being able to book into the spa for 90 minutes each day was a dream.

The attic apartment is actually two separate apartments: Iris and Ninfea. Together they are referred to as “KK Suite”. The actual main 3 bedroom “Casa Bianca” apartment is on the first floor and KK Suite is above this (when we checked in we were mistakenly let into Casa Bianca, which already had guests staying!). The description on booking.com reads “This spacious apartment features a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.“ - this is misleading. It’s actually two separate apartments, both with a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. One apartment had a much nicer bathroom & shower, but the other apartment had a great living, kitchen and dining area so it was a bit annoying to have to choose which one to use (and which one to give to our 15 year old!). I thought I had booked one large apartment rather than 2 smaller ones, and felt this could have been clear in the description online. Having some welcome information in the apartments would be nice - wifi instructions, ferry times and a map would have been appreciated (and even a bottle of water!). It would also be nice to have full size products in the bathroom rather than loads of tiny miniature bottles! A note on plugs - our 2-pin adaptors only worked in the kitchens, the rest of the apartment was three pin sockets, so keep this in mind if you’re visiting from the UK, and buy Italian adaptors!

It’s a pretty good size for a family. It’s in the Sheraton property so you can use the facilities.

It’s a clean apartment but it’s a weird ish building with some dark carpeted stairs/hallway on top of a restaurant and staff lockers (?) are in the ground floor so people are in and out of the first floor of the building pretty often.

a great location, 15 minute walk into Cernobbio and 45 minutes into Como hotel staff very friendly and great to use the pool, restaurant, bars etc at the Sheraton

not overly noise proof, a concert nearby kept us up a couple of nights as did a party at the hotel and the gardeners woke us early one morning

Fantastic!

apartment linked to the hotel was big and beautiful. it’s was nice to have use of the hotel facilities too, including pool. the restaurant by the pool gave great bar service during day & food was exceptional in evenings, for dinner.

Not the property’s fault but there’s not many restaurants nearby or taxi services. The hotel could run there own shuttle service to n.

the fact that it took until Wednesday to get some of the air conditioning fixed in the bedrooms was very disappointing and made for a few nights very uncomfortable sleep . lobby on lounge ( one) still not fixed .

The best hotel with great staff

The hotel is well organised: good and clean gym, large pool, tasty food, good apertivo, great staff - very proactive. We stayed in the apartment of the hotel - casa Bianca , which was very spacious and they cleaned it daily. Thank you Sheraton hotel Como for the great stay!

Lage schön - im Park u nah v See und Schiffssration sowie Bushaltestelle Como erreichbar mit dem Schiff in wenigen Min.

Unprofessioneller Empfang, mussten lange warten, da der Concierge das Schloss nicht öffnen konnte. Haus ist nicht gut isoliert - Strassenlārm war hörbar trotz geschlossener Fenster.

War gross, sauber und schön ausser Lärm von oben und fehlende Kaffeekapseln und Küchentücher.

Wir waren drei Nächte. Trotz dreimal fragen jeden Morgen haben wir keine Kaffeekapseln und Küchenhandtücher erhalten. Die Wohnung ist sehr ringhörig, so dass man die Leute in der Wohnung oben dran gehört hat Möbel rum schieben.
