very good value for money, using sheraton facilities was a huge benefit, especially the pool, supermarket was super nearby and in general cernobbio is a super cute place

We stayed in the apartments on site at the hotel. This meant we had the benefit of the extra space including a small sun terrace.
The hotel staff were all fabulous and the pool area and bar/restaurant were lovely. We actually didn’t venture into the main building apart from check in as we had everything we needed.
Nothing - it was fabulous.

I didn’t like staying on the loft where no direct windows and didn’t like to climb stairs for 2 floors with the luggage and small children.
