Bad network and bad customer service. No value for money and the owner was just trying everything to make more money from me by saying I need to give the person that came to open door for me money for transportation and I also need to pay city tax after paying for my full accommodation

Overall everyone in our party (8) had a comfortable room and was in a convenient location for our itinerary.
The location was great, and the apartment was spacious.  We liked having a dishwasher and washer.  The apartment has an amazing view! 
Only Wi-Fi service in the main, living room. Had to empty three sprinkling cans for the air conditioning drainage twice per day. Recycling needed to be meticulously separated.

Spacious apartment with possibility to arrange 5 separate bedrooms for us 5 friends. Terrace with beautiful views - around most of the apartment and also large table outside. Only a few minutes walk from nice restaurants in Cernobbio. Friendly and quick replies from the host and great tips for the visits around lake Como! Thank you for the memorable & friendly stay!

Very enjoyable short break in a lovely apartment
Federico was very welcoming and offered helpful suggestions of things we might want to do. This is a lovely spacious apartment and was great for a family allowing us space not to trip over each other. We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable short break.
